00:01Well, this seems kind of rigged, doesn't it, now?
00:05Seriously?
00:07Wow, what happened to Ladies First, by the way?
00:09I'm just, you had your go.
00:11You had your go.
00:12He just wasn't on camera.
00:13Who is it?
00:14No, no, no.
00:15No, it was a joke.
00:16Rafe, Rafe, go on.
00:17Rafe, Rafe, Rafe.
00:18Ladies First.
00:19I don't know if I have a fun fact about Rafe,
00:21but it was incredible to work with him.
00:24I mean, he's so amazing to watch.
00:26He's fantastic.
00:27There's a real kind of magic to what he does in this
00:30and what he provides the characters, the audience.
00:33It's so palpable when you're in the kind of cinema
00:35and you can really feel that as an audience member.
00:39I guess the fun fact is that actually he really is like
00:42a nice sort of genuine sort of charming person
00:46because he plays people like Voldemort and like scary people.
00:49But there is a quiet intensity.
00:51There's an intensity to him.
00:52Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:53But it's like a professionalism.
00:55He's got a presence when he's on there.
00:56Yeah.
00:57So there's like a dedication he has to the text
00:59and the way in which he articulates
01:01and the importance that he feels about the material
01:05and what the writer is trying to express
01:07and how he can be kind of a conduit for that,
01:09which I think I was like, must remember that.
01:13Yeah.
01:14What about Killian?
01:16No, actually, I've suddenly never spoken to Killian.
01:21I'd love to have a conversation with Killian.
01:23I know. I know.
01:24It's really nice to feel like the whole 28 Days Later family,
01:29you know, Danny Boyle, Alex Garland, Anthony Dogmantle,
01:32the cinematographer, and Killian executive producing.
01:35It feels very much like there's an authenticity.
01:39I think the audience want to feel like there's that connection.
01:42And what's amazing as well is like,
01:44because obviously it's been 23 years since the original came out
01:47and like film has advanced so much since then.
01:50So to see how the creatives have like stayed true to the original form,
01:54but have yet like used all these new tools that they have
01:59and kind of really broke the mold in so many new ways.
02:02I think audiences will be really excited to see that.
02:05Yeah.
02:06Rafe.
02:07Well, yeah.
02:08Yeah, actually, that's good.
02:09I think you'd...
02:10Rafe.
02:11No, no, I...
02:12I think I probably lost 28 minutes.
02:14I don't know, man.
02:15I don't think you would.
02:16I think you would survive.
02:17It really depends.
02:18I feel like it depends where.
02:19I think you or Rafe.
02:20Give it another spin spin.
02:22Well, let's not go then.
02:23Hey!
02:24Oh!
02:25Oh, right, let's go.
02:27Well, this seems kind of rigged, doesn't it, now?
02:30I think give it a spin.
02:31You give it a spin.
02:32It's better the other way.
02:34Ah!
02:35Okay, how about...
02:36How about...
02:37How about this guy?
02:39Oh, we love Edwin, though.
02:41Okay, he's so great in this movie.
02:42Edwin's the best.
02:43He's gonna...
02:44He's fantastic.
02:45Yeah.
02:46Stand out.
02:47Great performance.
02:48Alfie Williams.
02:49I mean, the dedication and the time he put into this movie is just fantastic.
02:54He's a breakout star, for sure.
02:56And he's the protagonist of this film.
02:58You know, he very much kind of leads the way.
03:01He's so brave and confident.
03:04Very confident.
03:05Very confident.
03:06Very confident.
03:07And he's a young actor.
03:08First movie in.
03:09He's got Danny Boyle.
03:10He's working with Jodie and Ralph Fiennes.
03:12And I think, you know, it was beautiful to see how he just soaked up the knowledge around
03:16him and would absorb that.
03:18And I mean, he just raised that performance and that energy to what was in the room.
03:23And so I'm very proud of him.
03:24And so very much like his coming of age film.
03:28You know, it's like, it's really beautiful.
03:30You know, it's really kind of a journey film of his ultimately within this crazy, crazy world.
03:37Jack.
03:38Jack O'Connell.
03:39Wow.
03:40He is such a raw, instinctive actor that I'm excited for what people are going to see.
03:50I know.
03:51I know.
03:52I've only seen a kind of slither of what he's done, but it's brilliant.
03:55And again, so surprising.
03:56Yeah.
03:57We can't really talk about it, really.
03:58No, we can't.
03:59But I mean, yeah, just everyone's going to be so blown away by...
04:03Big fans, Jack.
04:04Yeah.
04:05Okay.
04:06How about...
04:07Danny Boyle.
04:08This guy's amazing.
04:09We're so blessed to be in this movie and work with such a talented director.
04:12This is a Danny Boyle fan club, isn't it?
04:14Yeah.
04:15We love Danny.
04:16Yeah.
04:17Do you have a favorite TV or TV?
04:18Hmm.
04:19Trainspotting.
04:20I mean, I'm...
04:21Trainspotting.
04:22Absolutely.
04:23The beach.
04:24The beach.
04:25Slumdog Millionaire.
04:26A lot of the crew on 28 Years Later were on the original.
04:29And there is like a real kind of camaraderie and everyone kind of has a similar...
04:32Danny's energy kind of infiltrates its way around the set.
04:35Absolutely.
04:36Yeah.
04:37Yeah.
04:38It was the best environment to be on.
04:39It seems like the scariest one, but actually it was the best.
04:41Mmm.
04:42Mmm.
04:43Yeah.
04:44It's the best environment to be on the game.
04:46It's because it's not something you can never think about when the first to fall.
04:47I don't have to celebrate.
04:48Yeah.
04:49I don't know.
04:50Bye.
04:51Bye.
04:52Bye.
04:53Bye.
04:54Bye.
04:55Bye.
04:56Bye.
04:57Bye.
04:58Bye.
