02:14What is the message behind making this statement and could there be changes implemented to this effect?
02:20Well, the second big statement question which has been made by Mr. Ramit Shah,
02:26Vice President of the United States of England, he mentioned that a tale will come to him with a shame of speaking in the English language.
02:33He was also talking about the various languages all out there in the country and he was also of the view that one should be proud of their language.
02:42So, we are now seeing as to our big attack on the English, using of English language coming in from Humbis to Amit Shah.
02:49And remember that this language, how is going on in the country for the past many, many months.
02:55Initially, it was the DMT which said that they were very much against national education policy.
03:00They were of the view that if there is any language which should be used in Tamil and Tamil language should be the Tamil language or the English language.

03:14But Omnus Amit Shah is now talking about the particular language of a particular region and a particular culture.
03:21So, he is saying that one should be proud of your language, specific language.
03:24And as far as the English language is concerned, the developed India cannot be imagined with an incomplete language because of the language.
