00:00Thank you so much for talking to me on this channel.
00:04If we tell you this,
00:06PGI has integrated approach of yoga therapy, CCRYN,
00:11Department of Anesthesia and SVASA,
00:15developed a module developed,
00:18which is chronic low-vaccine.
00:20We did not only create this module,
00:24but we also evaluated it in research.
00:30We also looked at a pilot study
00:33on this module's role on the effectiveness of chronic low-back.
00:39How much damage is caused by the disease,
00:42how much improvement of the patient's functionality,
00:44and how their mental health, anxiety and quality of life improved.
00:49The results were very promising.
00:52We knew that in the yoga group,
00:55compared to the usual group,
00:57there was a very good pain, functionality, quality of life,
01:01and mental health improvement.
01:03But this was a pilot study,
01:04and this was in PGI,
01:06and people had to take classes in PGI.
01:09Then we realized that many patients
01:12cannot reach PGI.
01:15Based on this pilot study,
01:17we thought, why not do we have a big study,
01:19a full study,
01:21which is a first of its kind,
01:23which we received from DST September.
01:26We started this last year,
01:28June 2024.
01:30What are we doing?
01:32This is a large-scale community-based study,
01:34which we don't call them in the community,
01:37but we go to their health camp.
01:40The patients enrolled in the selected chronic low-back pain,
01:44which are not very focused on the health system.
01:46Therefore,
01:47we take the daily yoga classes,
01:49and take the daily yoga classes.
01:50We are given them to the trained yoga therapist,
01:53and we are given them to the training.
01:55Basically,
01:56we take the role of the PGI,
01:57and take the role of the chronic low-back pain.
01:59We are taking the community outreach.
02:01This is a rural area,
02:05and a semi-earth area.
02:06This is an underserved area,
02:08which is not very focused on the health system.
02:12because they are not in the challenge.
02:14These people were not aware of the yoga therapy.
02:16They were really aware of the yoga therapy.
02:17At the first,
02:19there was no acceptance of the yoga therapy.
02:22We took the camps and put them in conflicts,
02:26and made the posters on Hindi and Punjabi,
02:29and ultimately took place in yoga.
02:31The role of yoga in chronic low-back pain,
02:35and self-management of chronic low-back pain.
02:40First of all, we had some challenges. We have done five camps in the community.
02:47We have been around in the city of Chandigarh and Chandigarh.
02:50In the city of Mali Mahajra, in the sector 25, in the council, in the sector 38.
02:55In the beginning of the camps, we didn't have a good response to the community.
03:02So, we have been involved in the Asha Worker, Enem Worker, and in the community.
03:10In the minds of the people, we felt like an Asana.
03:15Yoga is not just an Asana. This is a way of life.
03:19So, we have been told to them about meditation, pranayama, and how to do daily classes.
03:31And after that, we have been able to do this long-term impact.
03:37We have seen patients' pain, functionalities, mental health, biomarkers.
03:42So, it's not just that it's only for us to say.
03:45We also have seen that the body of biomarkers are changing.
03:49So, we have been able to do this.
03:52And now, we have seen the response better.
03:56We have seen that there were a lot of drop-out rates.
03:59Now, drop-out rates are less.
04:01So, we will say that we are taking the role of PGI to the community of yoga.
04:11So, if we are talking about this project, we are going to run this whole year.
04:20But now, we will take it to which level we will take it to the whole country, so that we will accept this concept in the whole country?
04:28So, this is the project of DST Satyam.
04:30It will go for three years.
04:32But our motto is that it is a sustainable program.
04:37So, we are taking classes wherever we go.
04:40So, we are taking a look at the work of the primary health care workers, ASHA workers, ANM workers,
04:46I.U.S.H.M.A.N.K.E.
04:47Yoga therapists, they are aware and training.
04:52And we have made 4 page module, a pamphlet form,
04:56which we hope to release on the International Yoga Day.
05:02We have made a video of 1 hour and 15 minutes of compressed video.
05:08We can release it for the public, full video and compressed video.
05:15If you release this yoga pamphlet, it will be reached to the public.
05:19Thank you, ma'am.
05:21Thank you, ma'am.
05:23We don't need to stop this momentum.
05:27We want to reach 3,000 of our eyes.
05:31This is a big mission for doctors, nurses, and researchers.
05:41We have a bit of relief, a bit of relief.
05:45We get a bit of stress.
05:49I don't like this yoga.
05:53It is also organic and permanent.
05:55It is also a type of yoga protocol.
05:59It is also a type of yoga protocol.
06:01It is a type of yoga protocol.
06:03It is only about 5 minutes.
06:05This is the 11th of yoga yoga.
06:08We are doing it in our sports complex.
06:11It will be done in the past 5-7 weeks.
06:15There are some cultural programs.
06:17There are a couple of doctors who have registered.
06:21They have around 2600 in the past 3 years.
06:25We're dealing with 4 within 6.
06:27We've done the research team.
06:29We've done a number for work of work of work.
06:31We've done our next 4-5.
06:33We've done a committee project right now.
06:35We've done a quarter-7 of the work of work.
06:37We've done a complete budget.
06:39We've done a group of work,
06:41so that we may have a mission to do it,
06:43so that everyone can do this yoga protocol.
06:50Apart from that, sir, PJ's wings,
06:55do you have to do yoga for people?
07:00Yes.
07:02Now, we do work place yoga,
07:06which is a 5-minute vibe break.
07:09We also have some breathing techniques,
07:14and we also have training.
07:16We have reached 19 to 19.
07:19They are doing their own offices,
07:22waiting rooms,
07:24operating rooms,
07:2619 to 19 to 19.
07:28The staff, faculty,
07:30feels right.
07:32They have a lot of stress,
07:34which is a lot of work.
07:36They have a lot of support.
07:39Besides, patients are waiting for a long time
