00:00Hello, I'm Don Carney. I'm the person who's made these a reminiscing clips for people

00:12living with dementia and Alzheimer's as a therapy. We have been making Scottish

00:19heritage film clips for many many years. Our project started in 1989 where we

00:27started filming all aspects of a past Scottish culture here in Aberdeenshire.

00:33We've produced the clips in association with people working in dementia and

00:39people living with dementia and we've got some good endorsements for our work as

00:46well. We've got a variety of clips. Some clips feature animals, feature pets, feature

00:53nature, feature looking back to the past, all things that people living with

00:59dementia can associate with. So we think and other think also that what we have

01:04produced can make a significant difference to the care provision for

01:10people living with dementia and Alzheimer's and also provide respite for

01:16the care. I hope you enjoy them.
