Police have launched a 10th anniversary appeal over the brutal unsolved murder of Christian Bagley in Hereford

00:18I'm currently leading the investigation into the murder of Christian Bagley,

00:21the usual local man to Hereford.

00:23So on the 21st of June 2015, which was Father's Day, Sunday,

00:27Christian spent the day with his 19-month-old daughter in an address,

00:30not too far away from where we're stood at the moment.

00:32At about 10.40pm that evening, we believe that Christian left that address.

00:35So this is the bottom of Cachework Avenue.

00:37He would have made his way down Cachework Avenue,

00:39walking through this small path, turning right onto Villa Street,

00:43heading up towards Charlesworth Avenue.

00:48And he came to the end of the past, which is behind me,

00:50which is near to the lines in Hereford,

00:53and Christian was attacked somewhere in this vicinity.

00:56Sadly, Christian died as a result of his interview a short time later.

01:02Christian was the kindest person you would ever meet.

01:06If I was across the water,

01:10he'd walk across it just to help us.

01:13Somebody taking my dad away from me when I was little

01:16is something that can never be replaced.

01:19I have no memories of my dad or his presence in my life,

01:22only what other people have told me.

01:24I was never given the chance to get to know him

01:27or for him to watch me grow up.

01:29I'll never be able to spend Father's Day,

01:32Christmas or a birthday with my dad.

01:34There is an emptiness that should not be inside me

01:36because somebody murdered my dad.

01:39That void within myself will always be there.

01:42Everything he'd done that day,

01:43the 21st of the 6th, 2015,

01:46was a last-time experience.

01:49They still haven't found the person who killed my dad

01:52or any answers to why somebody cruelly took him away.

01:55I love you, Dad.

01:56All I want to know is why.

02:00Why he's done this to my boy.

02:01He didn't deserve it.

02:03He's walking along, going home,

02:06after seeing his baby daughter.

02:09On Father's Day,

02:11please, somebody somewhere knows something,

02:14ring up or send a message or whatever.

02:17I'd urge anybody with information to come forward,

02:21do the right thing.

02:22Over the last 10 years,

02:23I'm sure that the first response

02:24would have made disclosures

02:25about their involvement to friends,

02:27family, associates.

02:28We know that allegiance has changed

02:29over that period of time

02:30and I'd ask them to put themselves

02:32in the family of Christian shoes

02:34and to come forward

02:36and do the right thing for the family.

02:38Christian's daughter has spent

02:39her entire childhood without a dad

02:41and I think that we need to bring closure

02:44to the family to allow them to move on

02:45with the rest of their lives

02:46and have answers to what happened

02:48to Christian that night.

02:49As far as we're aware,

02:50we don't have a motive

02:51for Christian's attackers

02:51so we need to find out

02:53what happened to Christian

02:54for closure for them.

02:57Everybody knows who I am.

02:59I don't want to be the person out there

03:03who's Christian Bagley's mother.

03:05I want somebody to see me for who I am.

03:11But for all this time,
