Spotlight: Time to smash trade barriers

Russia announced last week that it would only join the trade body in partnership with the two former soviet republics Belarus and Kazakhstan. Does it mean that from now on Russia values the integration with post-soviet countries more than with global institutions like the WTO? We discuss this question with Sergey Glazyev, the deputy head of the Customs Union of the Eurasian Economic Community.
