City MP Lee Pitcher pays tribute as Doncaster Free Press celebrates 100th birthday

00:04will know celebrating his birthday this week. I wonder if the the leader of the

00:10House will join me in celebrating the 100th birthday of the Doncaster Free

00:15Press and recognise the importance of local free press newspapers in our

00:20regions. Well I can confirm it wasn't Mr Speaker's 100th birthday. He falls

00:27well well short of that 21 again I think you were this Mr Speaker weren't you this

00:32this week but absolutely absolutely join him in congratulating

00:37Doncaster Free Press and the work that all of our local newspapers do in

00:42continuing to provide that trusted source of local news that many of our

00:46constituents rely on.
