00:00I am currently on an island infested with snakes!
00:03But I'm visiting way deadlier places.
00:06Like scaling a mountain covered in ice.
00:09I'm gonna die, let me down, let me down!
00:10Driving a road that has killed thousands of people.
00:13More like seven inches from falling to our deaths.
00:15Swimming on a cage with vicious sharks.
00:19And so much more.
00:20All starting in this cage.
00:22In the middle of an African safari where there are lions, cheetahs, hippos,
00:26and a dozen other species that could kill us.
00:28Why are we doing this?
00:29Because we're visiting the five deadliest places on Earth.
00:31Oh, I see one of them.
00:34Oh my god.
00:35Why are we doing this?
00:36And to make sure the lions actually visit us, I brought a bunch of meat.
00:39Sprint!
00:42And surrounded the cage with it.
00:44Oh man, why are we trying to die?
00:46Well, what actually makes this place so deadly is that when the sun goes down and we lose our sight,
00:51the animals do not.
00:53Jimmy, there's two lions.
00:54That sounds...
00:55Is that a window?
00:56No.
00:57Bro, it's huge.
00:58Oh dude, everything's coming out at night.
00:59But we're surrounded by lions.
01:00They're literally 20 feet away from us.
01:01Oh my god.
01:02Lions will not stop circling us.
01:03We might actually die this video.
01:04Well, let's see if we do.
01:05Because the next places we'll be visiting in this video will progressively grow more and more deadly than the last.
01:10All leading up to an island riddled with venomous snakes.
01:14And next, we're gonna be ice climbing on this massive, deadly, frozen waterfall.
01:17And now, there is no turning back.
01:20One way or another, we are going to climb this massive cliff using these bladed boots and the ice climbing on the ice.
01:28And next, we're gonna be ice climbing on this massive, deadly, frozen waterfall.
01:32And now, there is no turning back.
01:34One way or another we are going to climb this massive cliff using these bladed boots and these ice pits
01:40This might be the scariest thing we ever do. Wish me luck. Jimmy you really expect us to climb this whole thing?
01:46Yeah, there's no chance. Truthfully, I wasn't sure if we could pull this off
01:50But what happened next with Nolan did not make me feel any better
01:55No, all right guys guys stop
01:58I'm out. I'm out. You can't quit. Watch me. I can't believe Nolan chickened out. That is insane
02:03No one truly left us. We're really high up right now. You're almost halfway. Oh, Jimmy don't look down
02:09Oh my god. It's getting steeper as we go. Oh my foot. I'm losing grip
02:16Did you almost fall? Yes. Oh god
02:20I see the top Jimmy. This is the scariest thing I've ever done
02:25I'm doing this. I'm gonna get to the top show how steep it's gotten
02:29We're in too deep. I can't quit
02:33I got like 10% left. I'm fighting the urge to cry man
02:36Even though I definitely shouldn't have been doing this
02:39You're almost there Jim
02:40I somehow made it all the way to the top of this waterfall
02:43We made it to the top
02:44Let's go
02:45You know what? Nolan had the right idea
02:47But we'll see if he can handle the third place on our list
02:50All the way in Bolivia where we'll be driving a road where few make it off alive
02:54And now we are on the deadliest road on earth. This drop is literally as tall as a skyscraper
03:00I am regretting this. I really am
03:02No joke so many people died on this road that they literally shut it down a decade ago
03:06This road was causing nearly 300 deaths per year
03:10But I got the government's permission to reopen it just for us
03:13I really wish they hadn't done that. Oh, it'll be fine. I'm not sure that it will
03:18Starting to understand why they call it death road. You're not driving like it's death road. I'll tell you that
03:21Oh, yeah, your life is in my hands. I don't like when you say oh, no your life is in my hand
03:26And look the steering wheel just jerk hands on the wheel we're like seven inches from falling toward death
03:31You're getting too close to the end
03:33Please, please, please, please, please, oh my god, my life is flashing
03:35It's flashing over and over and over again
03:38And if you thought that was a close call
03:40We're about to hit the first of the three deadliest spots on this road
03:44This is where the road gets very thin
03:46This is the part you gotta be really careful on
03:48Oh my gosh
03:49I mean the tire is gonna go off right up here. Yeah, yeah, I see what you're saying. Oh my god. Look how far down that is
03:58Here Nolan, can you guide me? Gladly, I'll get out of the car gladly. Bro, don't fall please. No way
04:04Look at how steep the drop is. That's a whole ravine. There's like a waterfall. Yeah, help me get through this
04:08All right
04:13This looks crazy
04:15Look how close you are to the ledge
04:17Your tire is literally right next to this giant ravine. That is crazy. Watch out. It goes down. It's very slippery
04:24Keep coming
04:26No, you're not really good at this whole directing thing
04:28I mean, I feel like I'm just running away from the car at this point. Not much direction that I can give
04:32All right, get in the car. You're useless. Okay, you get into it. I'm about to speed up
04:36Nolan, you know what might make this ride a little more fun?
04:38What? Our brand new feastables creamy peanut butter cup. Oh, I thought you were gonna say you driving slower. No
04:45It's getting so foggy coming up. I can barely see it. At some parts the road is actually pretty normal
04:50But due to extreme elevation change a sudden blinding fog can roll in as a silent killer. All right, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop
04:57Stop, stop, stop, stop, stop, stop.
04:59Am I good Nolan? No, it actually looks like they're about to the fall. It is so close. Okay, so like right here. You good? Just stay as far away
05:08Ah, what's that noise? Closer than I prefer
05:10I thought why don't we mix things up and come out with our own feastables cups
05:16You see the best part about these cups is that we use peanut butter straight from a jar and look how jam-packed it is. These things taste amazing
05:26And on top of that we use feastables chocolate in this which if you don't know at feastables
05:30We pay all our farmers living wages. We use fair trade certified beans. We remediate child labor on our farms. Oh my gosh, this is very bumpy
05:36All three of which no big American chocolate company does
05:39Nolan, huh, it's been like a decade. Can you go make sure that bridge still works? All right
05:44I just really want to make sure if it collapses, you know, I'm not on it. All right, Nolan test the bridge
05:49Am I good? It's good
05:51Big chocolate pays farmers so little that they're forced to literally use child labor. No joke
05:55There's over a million kids in illegal child labor in West Africa just on cocoa farms
05:58So not only should you try the new cup because it tastes phenomenal
06:01But also help me send a message to the chocolate industry pay your farmers a living income and do more to get rid of child labor on your farms
06:09We survived death road so far
06:11We've survived on the land but for this next bonus place carl and nolan are in the middle of the ocean
06:17Surrounded by sharks and we're getting in the water without a cage for some reason
06:20Yeah, we usually use this thing, but now we're not going to the sharks in these waters are notorious for unprovoked attacks
06:27Making this the most dangerous water in the united states. I can't believe this is happening
06:33Oh my god, these are gigantic sharks
06:38Dude, why are we doing this without a cage?
06:40Dude behind you behind you
06:44Oh my god, it's huge
06:47Don't hit it now
06:48I don't want to I don't want to
06:50Hopefully I don't die I don't want to die today
06:53Oh my god, the thing is so big
06:57Okay, all right, all right
06:58Carl, the sharks are like twice the size
07:00I'm good on sharks
07:02I'm good
07:02But that was nothing compared to our second most dangerous spot
07:06Which just so happens to be in the middle of the amazon rainforest
07:10The beauty of which can only be paralleled by its danger
07:13Because in a matter of moments the forest can go from this to this
07:18Just a little rainstorm can cause the rivers to flash flood and overwhelm the entire area
07:23And today we're visiting the gata cataracts waterfall where a flash flood could send us down over 1000 feet
07:34To our watery grave
07:36And to join me on this cloudy day
07:38What about these guys?
07:39You'll remember Hayes, he spent 70 days in the wilderness
07:41And Bailey spent 100 days trapped together in a cube
07:43What we're about to do seems more up his alley
07:45They said the chance of death is low
07:48Come on boys, let's hit it
07:49And after hours
07:52And hours
07:53Of trekking through some of the most slippery and at times steepest terrain mankind has ever stepped foot on
08:00Nothing to see
08:01We finally made it to our destination
08:03That's a waterfall right there
08:06Like if you slip you're dead
08:08And with the help of a guide we were able to cross the river safely
08:11Hey look
08:12Wee
08:14And then we were secured to some ropes so we could look over the edge of the waterfall
08:19Can you see over?
08:21Wow
08:22This is so gorgeous
08:25But as I said before for how beautiful this place is at only a moment's notice it can be just as deadly
08:31And it just started downpouring like crazy
08:34You know this is why this is one of the most dangerous places in the world
08:37This waterfall is now becoming wider and wider which are creating flash flood conditions
08:43We're literally getting flooded out of the amazon right now we gotta go
08:45Should we use the ropes to go down the waterfall?
08:48Seriously
08:48I don't think so
08:49If that's really a bad idea
08:50We're gonna be in the woods isn't that just equally as bad?
08:52What's the risk?
08:53There's mud coming down on Jimmy's line like a lot
08:56At any point they could be struck by lightning
08:58And I really don't want you to die
09:01So with our youtube video turned emergency operation
09:05The only way out was through the same steep and slippery terrain that got us here
09:09And now we had to do it while the entire forest was flash flooding
09:13You can see the flash flooding now the path is blocked off
09:16We're gonna have to rope off multiple parts
09:18It's gonna take us hours to get off this mountain
09:20Do you remember when I crossed this river and I was laughing?
09:24I'm not laughing anymore
09:26I'm actually scared
09:28And if I fall
09:29That's the waterfall
09:31Right over there
09:32Look at this water
09:33Like seriously no joke
09:37Grab the rope and pull yourself up
09:38Don't let me die
09:39And after hours and hours of trekking through the floods and mud
09:43We walked away from this mountain with our lives
09:46Now we're headed to the most lethal corner of earth
