Todd Chrisley's been out of prison for a few weeks now ... but, it looks like nothing could be sweeter than the moment he got to hug his daughter Savannah as a free man -- and, TMZ has obtained video of that very moment.

00:14Okay, so they're telling me until the sentence computation is showing satisfied,

00:19that they can't do anything, and that comes from Grand Prairie.

00:26Getting everything together, and so they'll have those out very, very soon here.

00:32And I've also, just so you know, I notified the regional directors as well as the wardens

00:39that there is to be nothing happen to them before they get out of there.

00:44If anybody has any ideas of assaulting them or stealing something from them or whatever,

00:49they're going to be dealt with severely.

00:54Yeah, I want to make sure both of them, not a hair on their heads to be harmed,

00:59you know, before they're released out of there, so everybody's on notice.
