00:00for custody of Caitlyn.
00:01And everyone's nervous we could lose her.
00:04Now we are a month away from going to court,
00:07and that is stressful.
00:09We were all excited Alana was back in town from college.
00:13Hey!
00:15Hey!
00:16Hey!
00:18Unfortunately, it was for Draylyn's court case,
00:20and the news they received may cost them their relationship.
00:24The judge really could sentence you to 10 years in prison.
00:27If they give you 10 years, I'm going to have to tell them
00:29that I'm going to have to serve with you.
00:31But at least Mama finally gave Alana back
00:33the money she stole.
00:35It was nice that you finally come to your senses
00:37and pay me my money back.
00:38I've got the check.
00:40It's a cashier's check.
00:42Oh, wow.
00:43Meanwhile, I had to make the hardest decision of my life.
00:47I think I'm at the point of getting a divorce.
00:50Do you want to share with him in a session?
00:52That would be probably better.
00:54I'll love pumping the rest of my life,
00:56but I won't ever let that go.
00:59I did plan on keeping my marriage issues from my family.
01:02You and Deva have been, like, a little distant.
01:06But they kept on prying.
01:08What the hell was y'all doing?
01:09Mama, I really don't know.
01:10I'm sick of him.
01:12Girlie Bob.
01:14We're getting a divorce.
01:16What?
01:16I don't love him enough to be with him.
01:18Why would you just say it like that?
01:35So y'all stop just asking me, like, what is it?
01:38What are you doing?
01:39What's going on?
01:39Like, that way you just know, y'all.
01:43So the whole sperm thing is a no now, I'm guessing.
01:46A hundred percent.
01:47OK, well.
01:48Maybe you should just look elsewhere.
01:49You know, that might be a little weird.
01:51Well, I mean, I've been feeling the vibe off for a while, though.
01:54Oh, have you?
01:56Maybe y'all just got married too young.
01:58I love your relationship advice,
01:59because you've had such good past relationships.
02:02Oh, stupid, if you keep following me, I'm leaving.
02:06Bye.
02:06He obviously doesn't give a .
02:08What do you know about marriage?
02:09This is the first time you've ever been married.
02:10That's right.
02:11This is your first marriage too.
02:13I mean, you know, a lot of your stuff
02:15could have taken a toll on us too.
02:16Don't blame me for your problems,
02:19because I'm not blaming you for my problems.
02:21But you know, Joshy, who's going to say it is?
02:23Boy, it was your mama.
02:25It was your piece of mama.
02:27She wouldn't have done that.
02:27Oh my god, Jean.
02:29So who's getting in the house?
02:31Mama.
02:32Whoa!
02:33I haven't even told him.
02:35Mama's never kind of the nurturing type.
02:38I mean, the least she could do is be like,
02:40I'm sorry for what you're going through.
02:42Everything's going to be OK, Pumpkin.
02:43But no, she can't do that.
02:45I'm going to go and talk to the therapist tomorrow with Josh
02:49and make sure that we do this the civil way.
02:51You don't think y'all can talk it over?
02:53No.
02:56Well, once you look at the time, I best get gone.
03:00Why aren't you glad you don't live here no more?
03:02Right?
03:04Why do you always come and leave so fast?
03:06I mean, you just come and go.
03:07Like, I love coming and going.
03:09Back to people.
03:10Must be nice.
03:11It comes as a shock to me that Pumpkin is really going
03:15to get a divorce.
03:16Like, what's going to happen?
03:18Like, this is going to be crazy.
03:22Josh is almost like a father figure to me.
03:24All boys are covered in cooties, kind of like chicken pox.
03:28Cooties?
03:29What do you think I am five?
03:31No.
03:32Stay away from the cooties.
03:35You're going to get in your car, get your and leave.
03:38And if I could buy you a plane ticket to go out there
03:40tomorrow, I would.
03:42Yep.
03:44Be very, very, very smart the whole time.
03:51Now it's like, we're getting a divorce.
03:54What's going to happen with the kids?
03:55Like, I feel like the whole family is just
03:57going to be ripped apart.
03:58We're going back to Colorado drama free, OK?
04:02So when we all be back, we'll show this new court date.
04:05Why don't you be a Debbie Downer?
04:07I mean, I hope y'all know because, hey,
04:09we don't see you, but every so often.
04:14I told you that that was going to happen.
04:16I told you something was wrong.
04:19I guess you were right.
04:20I was right.
04:29This is, like, insane.
04:31For sure.
04:33I actually just said it like it was nothing.
04:35Like, it was just, wow, working is worse, you know?
04:40Bye, Lana.
04:41Bye, mama.
04:42I'll be safe.
04:43Y'all be safe.
04:46Don't leave me out for you.
04:48Bye.
04:49Well, you were upstairs, piggyback.
04:51And it's like, so much is going on.
04:53Am I going to hug you?
04:54I love you.
04:56I'll see you later, OK?
04:57I'll face something when I get home, OK, mama?
04:59This is going to suck for Ellie because it's like,
05:02Ella's at the age now where, like, she's very smart.
05:06And she's somebody that, like, you can't really lie to.
05:09And she'll definitely be like, no, mama, you're lying.
05:12So this is like, I don't know how Pumpkin's going to even
05:16tell her that, like, Pumpkin and Dada are getting a divorce.
05:19Like, what?
05:22Like, this has come to a shocker to me.
05:24So I just can't even imagine how Ella would take it.
05:27I, this is going to be crazy.
05:33So you're sure you're good and this is what you want to do?
05:35Yeah.
05:36OK.
05:38I knew something was up.
05:39You just didn't tell me.
05:41I didn't tell anybody except for Lonnie.
05:44Don't you got to be getting Harper or something?
05:45They're all bothering me still.
05:47I was making sure if you needed somebody to talk to, I was here.
05:50I'm fine, Jessie.
05:51All righty.
05:52I have a therapist.
05:53All righty.
05:56I guess I'll just let you have some quiet time.
05:57That would be great.
05:59All righty.
06:00Don't forget all the plates.
06:01I won't.
06:02OK.
06:03Pick up after kids, have to still pick up after y'all.
06:05Y'all don't even live here.
06:07Well, let me know if you need me.
06:09I need you at work tomorrow.
06:11Well, all righty.
06:12And don't be running your mouth about this stuff, OK?
06:15Okey-doke.
06:16Okey-doke.
06:18It's child safety, not Jessie's safety.
06:23Jessica, grab the doorknob and the inside.
06:29This is why you can't be my real employee right here.
06:31Prime example.
06:35Got it.
06:36All right, Jessie.
06:39That was kind of like an interesting breakfast, but I
06:40mean, if I have to say so, I'm going to pat myself on the back
06:44on this one.
06:45I told Pumpkin before she even married Josh that she was too
06:47young.
06:48I hope you realize this is a lot of responsibility and that it's
06:50hard, like being able to juggle life, job, kids.
06:53You're going to have to grow up.
06:55Yeah, but like this isn't really the right thing to do.
06:58I told you so.
06:59And we have a lot of stuff going on in our own life.
07:02I know.
07:03I mean, we've got a court case with Katelyn coming up.
07:06It's like stressing everybody out.
07:08Yeah.
07:09Living in the public eye sometimes is not fun,
07:12especially when it comes to, like, this court case coming
07:14up with Katelyn.
07:15So it's probably going to be blasted all over social media,
07:17all over the media period.
07:19And the same thing with, like, Pumpkin and Josh.
07:21Like, Josh is going to have his truths.
07:23Pumpkin is going to have her truths.
07:23There's going to be people inserting theirself,
07:24thinking they know the truth but don't really know a damn
07:26thing.
07:27But that's just the way it is being in the public eye.
07:29I mean, this is like wild as , like, you know?
07:31Like, just like, you know, yes, or you know, there's going
07:33to be a whole public eye and you know?
07:35The public eye sometimes is not fun, especially when it comes
07:36to, like, this court case coming up with Katelyn.
07:37So it's probably going to be blasted all over social media,
07:39all over the media period.
07:40And the same thing with like, Pumpkin and Josh.
07:43Like, Josh is going to have his truths.
07:45Pumpkin is going to have her truths.
07:46There's going to be people inserting themselves
07:47I mean, this is, like, wild as , you know, like...
07:50It's definitely crazy. It's definitely wild, you know?
07:53But that just goes to show you that, like, nobody's perfect,
07:56and everybody, no matter how they're made out to be, have issues.
08:00So, I mean, I guess, you know, she doesn't have the perfect marriage,
08:03so I guess now we have, like, what everybody would say would be
08:07the, um, picturesque marriage now.
08:12Well, Jumbo, I mean, we have our issues that we have to work on every day, too.
08:18We ain't perfect. Our life isn't picture-skew.
08:24Oh.
08:42Hi. How you doing?
08:48Hey. How are you? I'm doing good.
08:50Good. Good. Come on in.
08:53Where's Josh?
08:54Um, I think he's a little bit behind me.
08:57Okay. I think.
08:59Cool. Come on in.
09:01Knowing today that I have to tell Josh that I do want a divorce,
09:05I am nervous. I'm scared to see, like, how he's gonna react,
09:09because, like, I don't want to upset him and I don't want to hurt him,
09:12but I do know that we're on two very different levels
09:16of what we want out of this relationship,
09:18and I'm at the point where I am done and he is not.
09:22So, Ms. Pumpkin, what have you heard from Josh?
09:26Is, like, any conversation with him?
09:28Like, does he even know when he comes in here,
09:31what we're gonna be talking about, like?
09:33Like, I know that Josh does want to fix things
09:36and wanting to see if, like, again, we can work it out,
09:39but, like, we've tried to work it out multitudes of times,
09:42and it's just, like, it's not working for us, you know?
09:45I am a little nervous.
09:48I feel you.
09:50Whew.
09:51Okay, well, I think that's him.
09:54Hey, Josh. Hey, how are you?
09:56All right. How you doing?
09:57Nice to see you again.
09:58Yeah. Come on in. It's good to see you again.
10:00It's good to see you again.
10:07So, how are you doing today?
10:09Been all right.
10:10Yeah?
10:11Okay.
10:12Best I can be.
10:13I get that. I get that.
10:15So, Pumpkin, you want to share anything?
10:21Um...
10:26I was, like, talking to her, you know?
10:29Mm-hmm.
10:30Like, last session, you didn't come,
10:32and we haven't been able to, like, really, like, communicate.
10:37We've only been, like, passing each other at the house
10:41or, you know, making dinner
10:44and doing what we need to do for the kids,
10:46but it hasn't...
10:47Like, we're still not communicating. We're still not...
10:50Like, I don't want to continue doing this
10:53if that's, like, the point that we're at now.
10:57Like, I think it would just be better if maybe, like,
11:03we just both, like, put our, you know, like,
11:07put our big-girl panties on and we just, like, file for a divorce.
11:11Coming up on Mama June Family Crisis...
11:23Well, y'all just missed a phone call.
11:24What phone call?
11:25Ready to go to court tomorrow?
11:26Talking to the judge?
11:27Tomorrow.
11:28Yeah.
11:30How did everything go back home?
11:31Pumpkin tells me that they're getting a divorce.
11:33I haven't even really told you, like, the worst part.
11:36We all know that Mama talks too much.
11:39I can't believe this.
11:40So, of course, Mama wants to get up there on the stand
11:43and say stuff she has no business saying.
11:53Like, I think it would just be better if we just, like, filed for a divorce.
12:03Like, I don't want to get to a point in a year from now where, like,
12:10I can't stand you.
12:12We can't agree with the kids.
12:13We can't sit in the same room.
12:16We can't enjoy the holidays together.
12:18When Pumpkin asked for a divorce,
12:21it was kind of like a stab in the throat.
12:25Almost speechless in a sense.
12:27Just never thought we'd be at this point in our lives.
12:31To me, it's just, like, throwing 10 years out of the window, really, in all honesty.
12:38It is my privilege to pronounce you finally husband and wife.
12:42You may kiss your beautiful bride, Josh.
12:44Everybody, come on.
12:46We're married, y'all.
12:49I love you.
12:50Everyone meet Ella Grace.
12:55She's perfect.
12:57Look what we did.
12:59You did good, sugar.
13:01Heart sent buzz off.
13:02Oh, mom.
13:03I'm going to love.
13:04That is the best.
13:06Mommy.
13:07I love you.
13:08I love you.
13:09I love you.
13:11Josh, how are you feeling right now?
13:21It's hard to say.
13:22Yeah.
13:24What's coming up for you?
13:26I don't have a time machine, so I can't go back, you know?
13:37Mm-hmm.
13:38But I wish I could.
13:39Yeah, I feel you.
13:40And do what?
13:44Change from the betterment of my marriage.
13:46Mm-hmm.
13:47Instead of being so angry.
13:49I hear you.
13:50You know, I do hate to see Josh cry, and I do hate that I've broken his heart and I've
13:59hurt him.
14:00But for so long, like, I've begged for communication.
14:03I've begged to go on dates and all the things that normal people do in a marriage that we
14:09haven't been doing for years.
14:11And now I'm at my wit's end with it.
14:14Like, I'm tired of begging.
14:15I'm tired of asking.
14:16So for the first time in my life, I feel like I'm making myself happy.
14:20And I just hope that Josh understands that.
14:23What would you say you've learned?
14:25I would say that, like, I've learned that it's okay to put yourself first.
14:32Mm-hmm.
14:33I think that's my biggest thing.
14:34We've put everybody ahead of ourselves.
14:36Yeah.
14:37Every time.
14:39I guess it's another problem I need to fix.
14:42Alana's already pissed off at me because Jessica questioned her about the whole Colorado thing,
14:46which obviously is my fault.
14:48Then you turn around and Jalen's just not doing .
14:52I'm so sick and tired of hearing about Jean this, Jean that, Jean up here.
14:57It would not bother me one bit if I never ever seen Jean again.
14:59Well, I can't really do that.
15:02I commend you for being, you know, communicable right now.
15:08Like, you're amicable in this space.
15:10And so with that being the case, where do we go from here?
15:15Right?
15:16Like, what are their next steps or are there, is there a next step for you now?
15:21Um, I think probably, like, our next step is just, like, trying to figure out, like, come to an agreement.
15:26Um, like, the things that we do have, like, the kids, the, you know, the house.
15:33Like, we do have things together.
15:35Mm-hmm.
15:36But, like, I think we figure those things out and then we, like, file.
15:42Mm-hmm.
15:43Okay.
15:44Where are you with that, Josh?
15:45How are you?
15:46I want to be on the same page.
15:48Okay.
15:49You know, me and Pumpkin said we would never do this to the kids.
15:52The whole broken home thing.
15:54And I think that's what really hits home.
15:58I went through a divorce as a child also.
16:01And watching the bickering and the arguing, it sucked.
16:04I mean, I don't want my kids to go through it.
16:07But at this particular point, we have no choice.
16:09So what I can do is to be more cordial than my parents were at times.
16:17Make sure that everybody knows that I'm always here, no matter what.
16:20And just to be completely honest the whole time.
16:25At this point, my children's mental health means more to me than anything.
16:29Yeah, I commend you for that.
16:31Um, so how do you talk to your children?
16:35And is this what you're going to say?
16:37Like, are you going to let them know?
16:39Um, I think we're probably just like the only one that I feel like you're really like comprehend right now.
16:44Is Ella.
16:45Is Ella.
16:46Okay.
16:47Yeah.
16:48Yeah.
16:49Yeah.
16:50Yeah.
16:51Yeah.
16:52You're going to be different.
16:53Mm-hmm.
16:54But like the love that both of me and your daddy have, that isn't changing.
16:57Right.
16:58Right.
16:59Like, telling her like regardless, even though we're splitting up, it doesn't mean that I stop loving you any less.
17:04Or your daddy stops loving you any less.
17:06Like, we're still going to be there to take care of you.
17:08We're still going to be there to, you know, school events or sporting events or whatever the case may be.
17:13Like, none of that changes.
17:15Just the way that we live is going to change, you know.
17:20Children not only see what you do, they feel what you do.
17:25Right.
17:26And so I think it will be very beneficial to the children how you show up.
17:31Right.
17:32Let me give you a few minutes to just chat a little bit.
17:35You know, I do thank you for like, actually like communicating with me and like, like wanting really to do what's best for the kids.
17:48You're welcome.
17:50You know, I do still love you and I'll always love you.
17:54I love you.
17:56And if you want to, you can go home with the kids and then I'll just figure out.
18:04someone again, you know.
18:24Here.
18:25Put it on the paper, boo.
18:30I love you, daddy. I'm going to make you a picture.
18:32Thank you, boo.
18:33Thank you, boo.
18:34I love you.
18:35I love you.
18:36I love you.
18:38I don't think painting is going to help your stress.
18:42Stress.
18:43Do I look stressed to you?
18:45What does stress look like?
18:50It's when your face crinkles up like that.
18:53Am I okay?
18:57Definitely not.
18:58not I mean I never thought that it would end this way like I wanted things to be
19:06different we fought to work it out but sometimes things don't work out
19:28coming up on mama June family crisis so what you gonna do now probably why I'm gonna stay here
19:40you know think it over well see look at you always come back home to mama feels like there's no light
19:46at the end of the tunnel we could walk out of this courtroom today and never see Caitlin again
19:52are you ready for this Caitlin I've got out what I felt the court needed to hear what happened
20:10with this whole divorce thing like as much as I didn't really want to do it I know that it had to
20:16be done and I know that it hurts both of us in the long run but I do care a lot about Josh and I care
20:22about his mental state and that's where Justin comes in who was knocking I don't know it's the
20:32police room bitch why are you knocking because what are you doing vibrate and working out I'm just
20:42trying to figure out like how this is working out because when I started this five weeks ago I weighed
20:46255 this morning when I woke up I weighed 232 so in five weeks I have lost 23 pounds I don't even go to
20:56the gym this is all this is my gym I mean you gotta wait a minute I'll be done working out and I didn't
21:00come to talk to you I come to talk Justin so what are you over here for well Josh was going back to the
21:04house because we like today went to the therapy shop how'd that go today was really like us sitting
21:12down with a therapist and like me asking him for a divorce what you thought to get through with it
21:18yeah how did he take it today I mean of course he's like sad and stuff like I don't think that he's
21:25like shot like I think he knew that was going like I think he knew that like we haven't been doing good
21:29I'm not gonna wait around forever for us to be able to communicate with each other and put our
21:33kids through that I'm not yeah don't say I don't want to do that like I told him at the end of
21:37the conversation today he was like I still want to be best friends with you I still want to be
21:40cordial for the kids I still want us to be able to do things with the kids together which is hard
21:45right because it is hard when people are together for a long period of time and then break up yeah
21:49sometimes you can be friends sometimes you can't right I mean so you know I was kind of like
21:54thinking you know like maybe you could you know like talk to him like man to man I just know that
22:01like he does respect you a lot maybe he'll talk to you counselor Justin I can go talk to stop by and
22:08check on him see what he's up to I mean this would be a good time for you to bond with your mama though
22:13you can get her on the squatter machine so yeah look you go in there sit on the squatter and she can
22:18be on the plate and y'all can work out together y'all do that no all right well I'm gonna go check on
22:23Joshy boot I'll let you know how it goes what you doing I'm not gonna have a conversation with
22:31you to get off that ridiculous ass thing well I mean you need to go work on that thing you know
22:37you're at 206 that a squatter machine to take your name oh so what so what you gonna do now what do
22:45you mean what am I gonna do I mean you're getting a divorce like what are you gonna do like um I don't
22:51know there's a lot of things that I have to figure out I mean that's probably why I'm gonna stay here
22:54you know think it over you stay here well see look at you always come back home to mama
22:59I just want to really try to figure my stuff out like you just need to work on yourself and do do
23:05pumpkin like yes bitch knock knock come on in what are you doing put it on the paper
23:33sister girl you painting over there where's everybody at they followed all upstairs you know
23:41pumpkin stopped by the house I wanted to come by and check on you she said y'all went to therapy
23:45see how he was holding up something I didn't want to go through in life and at all and you know
23:52divorce is hard you know I've been through it it sucks bro you know there's some kind of love
23:59there like you know that was one of the things she stopped by for because she says she was worried
24:03about you wanted somebody come check on you so I know it's rough too I know it feels like there's no
24:11light at the end of the tunnel that's probably the hardest part you just feel stuck stuck you know it
24:20really sucks seeing Josh this tore up I mean I understand what he's going through you know I've
24:25been through divorce and there's no easy way to say it or to sugarcoat it it's rough and it's going
24:30to be hard for a while you know he's going to have moments where he feels down and out and the best
24:35thing I can do for him is just be there and support him she's such a daddy's girl
24:43thank God for the kids because there's the only thing keeping me wholesome
24:48yeah how could they not kids is what hurt the most is because they don't deserve this but as long as
24:56y'all put the kids first you know and understand that that's what's important that's what's most
25:03important to me at this moment I love being around them anytime you need a babysitter just call
25:07I appreciate it I mean within a divorce you kind of divorce the family I'm super glad Justin
25:17gives enough to come and check on me um divorce in June won't be so bad could care less but
25:29Justin on the other hand has been a decent dude to me so at least I've got him on my side and some of
25:37this I mean there's always been bumps along the way figure those out I guess just this time
25:48couldn't figure this bump out
26:07I'm excited to be back in Colorado me too I'm glad I missed you it's been a long time since you
26:15really hung out like this I know and I'm excited oh so cute hi guys hi how are you we're doing good
26:26do you have a reservation we do awesome what's the first name Alana perfect I'm grateful to be back in
26:33Colorado and away from everybody right now is an understatement but I'm glad that Makayla come in
26:39we're having like a little girls day because it's like I need somebody to just word vomit to
26:44how did everything go back home it was it was just a lot why what do you mean well Jalen's lawyer Sarah
26:54needed to emergency leave meet with Jalen oh so she was saying that like Jalen will be looking at
27:0010 years of jail time where does that leave you in all of this I do feel like we will figure it out
27:08but it is like it's scary like Jalen's scared yeah and I don't know like I just hope that it doesn't
27:16get to that point well it sounds like you had a rough and eventful weekend oh you thought that
27:22was rough and eventful I haven't even really told you like the worst part so I come home and like I
27:28felt like pumpkin and Josh were just being off like it just wasn't them their normal self so I sat down
27:35and had a conversation with pumpkin and she tells me that they're getting a divorce yeah oh my god a
27:43divorce like I'm sorry to hear about that yeah and I mean Josh it's like your dad literally so
27:51like I don't even know how do you feel about it all I was a little upset but like honestly at the end
27:56of the day there's like nothing that I can do to stop the divorce you know yeah I'm 100% not
28:02choosing sides but at the end of the day pumpkin's my sister so I get it but I still love that I and I
28:10like loved everything he did for me and I appreciate everything he's done for me you
28:14don't want to get like too involved in everything you know yeah you don't want to be in the middle
28:17I definitely don't want to be in the middle of it so I'll stay here in Colorado and we'll paint pottery
28:24all the time yes I love that coming up on mama June family crisis where you been at Gigi's why
28:32unfortunately we have to be left up to the judge are you doing I mean I wouldn't lie if I wasn't nervous
28:39the tension is real
29:02you know it's only been a day since pumpkin asked for the divorce and it's just weird it's like it's
29:24it's unknown territory in a sense because it's just like I'm here with the kids and everybody's asking
29:29where mom is and it's just like I don't know kids have no clue what's going on they don't even know
29:36what color the sky is so it's just like what what do you tell four kids it's not good I'm sorry I'm sorry
29:48babe where are the babies everybody's still asleep give me a kiss I love you come here baby man
29:58baby man give me a kiss hey give me a kiss I'll be back okay
30:03I just keep telling myself it's gonna get better it's a process like now he has to go through the
30:16grieving and stuff and really I just hope that we can keep it cordial for our kids sake because
30:21it's gonna be sooner than later that we have to tell Ella Ella is very smart for her age
30:27so what y'all been doing nothing where you been at Gigi's why um because I just went to spend the night
30:37over there yeah you want to spend the night I did it any day like me like what because I just needed
30:43to have some adult time you know okay let's see if we have any popsicles
30:49Ella Grace I'm giving your brother this popsicle I need you to keep an eye on him for like five
30:57minutes because I need a shower shower you hear what I'm telling you yeah you're being silly and goofy
31:02in style you need to get in the shower stinky it better be funny
31:32hello um yes tomorrow I mean for real like they can do that so my lawyer just called and they said
31:46that my court date got moved up from a month from now to tomorrow when it comes to Caitlin like that
31:52ain't how it's supposed to work okay well just tell Johnny to like text me the time and like where to be at
32:00and stuff all right I talk to you later I bum oh let me explain the court case to y'all it is Michael
32:08Anna's ex versus myself for custody of Caitlin even though Anna told all of us that she wanted Caitlin
32:17to stay with us she never put it in writing or anything else Michael is not Caitlin's biological
32:24father and we don't know who honestly is the only reason Michael's able to go after me is because he
32:30paid for some of Caitlin's school so under this new Georgia law if you paid for a child you can go for
32:37equity of care for that child and custody
32:40well it took y'all long enough well I had to go get your food I mean well y'all just missed a phone
32:48call a phone call well I mean are you ready to go to court tomorrow and talk to the judge yeah
32:54tomorrow morning what is that's a short notice yeah hunts buns yeah they can do that
32:59you want yeah I figured it'd have been a little bit I thought you had 30 days but no
33:05well this sucks like I mean I'm just not getting comfortable until like this whole like house
33:12thingy and like now this court popped up and like it's tomorrow so like I'm kind of nervous
33:18because like you don't know what's gonna happen next but like we knew this was coming so like going
33:22into panic mode doesn't fix anything honestly I really ain't ready to like deal with Michael's
33:27dumb ass but I know he's gonna bring up my freaking past he's gonna bring up your past who doesn't
33:33have a past I mean at the end of the day I'm her biological grandparent and I'm not gonna lose
33:39Kaitlyn because Michael ain't getting it I'm sorry where are you going to have a moment a moment you
33:47were having a moment right here with we were having a conversation well you ain't listening I mean I am
33:54listen I just you only want to hear what June wants to hear God please look nobody understands
34:02Anna oh Anna you are heavy as bitch anyway we made a promise to you and like I'm trying to keep it
34:11but like keeping it together is not been an easy feat because like this is just literally consumed our
34:19whole entire life for the last seven months so bitch I'm mad at you every day because you're
34:25not here for Kaitlyn and Kylie because I would not be going through this bitch but I need you to
34:30damn channel yourself through me speak what you need to speak on the stand we say what we need to say
34:37and get the hell off the stand that's all I need you to do
34:40coming up on mama June family crisis they are gonna cook mama too yeah they are I mean mama's gonna
34:50deal with that we just got word that the judge wants to talk to Kaitlyn and get her side I just
34:55want you to tell what you know all right guys let's go
35:07let's go Kaitlyn it's time to go to court let's go I'm ready come on you're gonna wear a t-shirt
35:15to court no I'm waiting on my shirt to send us drawing you should do this last night oh my god
35:21you take your clothes so we can go so I thought you said you was ready babe come on we had to be
35:27there at 8 30. this has consumed our lives pretty much for the last seven months because Anna's been
35:35gone seven months even though we know what Anna wanted at the end of the day unfortunately we have
35:40to be left up to the judge and we don't know what the judge is gonna do I mean y'all I'm not gonna lie
35:45I mean I'm freaking out I am worried that I am gonna lose Kaitlyn let's go
36:05are you ready for this Kaitlyn I don't know
36:08I'm a pumpkin bro I feel kind of nervous I have like my stomach starting to hurt a little bit
36:15because like I'm kind of nervous I don't know what's gonna happen the tension is real
36:20oh there's Eldridge Eldridge is Anna's husband of one year but they were together for eight years
36:28he pretty much raised the kids um since they were very little he may be called to testify
36:33so I do want Eldridge to go up there and tell his truth if he is called but also he knows what Anna
36:40wanted Anna wanted Kaitlyn to stay with her biological family and we're gonna fight like hell to have that
36:46happen damn look at all these people Michael's got with him there ain't no telling what Michael's gonna
36:53have pulling for it so today is a day that we're gonna come face to face and this is gonna be handled
37:00we're gonna walk in together and out together okay Kaitlyn
37:05honestly with this being the first day of court there is a lot on the line we could walk out of
37:12this courtroom today and never see Kaitlyn again or mama could leave with her it could go either ways
37:18at this point I really am scared for the outcome
37:21it's lunchtime y'all and I mean Michael done called 15 witnesses half of them ain't seen him
37:36since 2017 I mean Michael was digging deep it's 12 11 we have an hour
37:42getting something to drink
37:43anyway so Michael was just up there on the stand and she's like you know pumpkin reached out and
37:53has been reached out since January like since before January to see Kylie you keep ignoring her and you
37:59keep blowing her off he's like yes he says well it's Kaitlyn's responsibility as a 12 year old kid to
38:06give June his contact information I was at heart she's a child I can't remember my own number and he
38:13literally admitted that he hadn't texted her in like five months but you care like that is wow they
38:18are gonna cook mama too yeah they are I mean mama's gonna deal with it she's gonna take it to the
38:23chin the scary part with this court stuff is yeah Michael's gonna get on the stand and mama's lawyer's gonna
38:29chew him a new one but mama also has to get on that stand and is gonna get it ten times harder because she was a
38:35drug addict she was a parent I'm scared to stay at your house and all of that has been documented
38:44through national television which in my opinion does scare me a little bit somebody's gonna leave
38:49today with egg tails and put on that leg and somebody ain't gonna be happy
39:05I didn't even get to talk to the judge guys that is some bull because Michael called so many witnesses
39:15we gotta come back tomorrow the best part of Michael's testimony for today had to be out of the 276 pages of
39:24text messages between him and Anna that I had it says that Kaitlyn doesn't want to be over there and also
39:30Anna doesn't want Michael to have custody of Kaitlyn and all this is just really nerve-wracking for all of us
39:39involved so what time do I need to go um maybe we got first day in the morning
39:43y'all ready
40:12come on Kaitlyn
40:14today you will talk to the judge today I will talk to the courtroom I just want you to tell
40:22what you know at the end of the day it's what you want we just got worried that the judge wants to
40:27talk to Kaitlyn and get her side and what she's feeling I think it's a very good thing that the
40:33judge is going to speak with her I'm just ready to get over with because this child needs to rest and
40:38my daughter needs to rest Anna has not rested in seven months and 13 days now come on all right
40:44guys let's go how are you doing I mean I wouldn't laugh I wasn't nervous I'd probably cry about a lot of
40:50things it's okay to cry but like remember don't let them get you off what you're supposed to be
40:55talking about oh no I'm not trust me I've been over this court case a hundred times
40:59we had a system you know that you said I'm not gonna be able to see you you know do something
41:19obvious like playing with your hair girl I'm I literally don't think I could have played with
41:24my hair anymore without being like me and Brody had some hand signals and I started over talking
41:30that she was gonna mess with like her hair so I could be able to see it and I didn't see her
41:33messing with her hair Brody might be a little bit mad at me but at least I got out what I felt
41:39was what the court needed to hear
41:41you
