00:03And her ex, Michael, sued mama for custody of Caitlyn.
00:06And everyone's nervous we could lose her.
00:09Now we are a month away from going to court,
00:12and that is stressful.
00:15We were all excited Alana was back in town from college.

00:25and the news they received may cost them their relationship.
00:29The judge really could sentence you to 10 years in prison.
00:33If they give you 10 years, I'm gonna have to tell them

00:36But at least mama finally gave Alana back the money she stole.

07:22case with caitlyn coming up it's like stressing everybody out yeah living in the public eye
07:28sometimes is not fun especially when it comes to like this court case coming up with caitlyn so
07:34it's probably blasted all over social media all over the media period and the same thing with
07:40like pumpkin and josh like josh is gonna have his truths pumpkin's gonna have her truths there's
07:45gonna be people inserting their self thinking they know the truth but don't really know a
07:49damn thing but that's just the way it is being in the public eye i mean this is like wild as you
07:55know like it's definitely crazy it's definitely wild you know but that just goes to show you that
08:00like nobody's perfect and everybody no matter how they're made out to be have issues so i mean i
08:07guess you know she doesn't have the perfect marriage so i guess now we have like what everybody would say
08:12would be the um picturesque marriage now well jimbo like we have our issues that we have to work on
08:22every day too we ain't perfect our life isn't picture skewed oh
08:52um i think he's a little bit behind me okay i think cool come on in knowing today that i have to
09:08tell josh that i do want a divorce i am nervous i'm scared to see like how he's going to react because
09:15like i don't want to upset him and i don't want to hurt him but i do know that we're on two very
09:21different levels of what we want out of this relationship and i'm at the point where i am done
09:25and he is not so miss pumpkin what have you heard from josh is like any conversation with him like
09:34does he even know when he comes in here what we're going to be talking about like like i know that josh
09:40does want to fix things then wanting to see if like again we can work it out but like we've tried to
09:46work it out on multitudes of times and it's just like it's not working for us you know

10:49doing what we need to do for the kids but it hasn't like we're still not communicating we're still not
10:56like i don't want to continue doing this if that's like the point that we're at now like i think it
11:04would just be better if maybe like we just both like put our you know like put our big girl panties on
11:14and we just like filed for a divorce
11:26coming up on mama june family crisis well y'all just missed a phone call what phone call ready to go
11:31to court tomorrow talking to judge yeah how did everything go back home pumpkin tells me that
11:38they're getting a divorce i haven't even really told you like the worst part we all know that mama's
11:44talks too much i can't believe this so of course mama wants to get up there on the stand and say
11:49stuff she has no business saying
11:59like i think it would just be better if we just like filed for a divorce
12:06like i don't want to get to a point in a year from now where like i can't stand you we can't agree
12:18with the kids we can't sit in the same room we can't enjoy the holidays together
12:25when pumpkin asked for a divorce it was kind of like a uh stab in the throat almost speechless in a sense
12:33just never thought we'd be at this point in our loves um to me it's just like throwing 10 years
12:41out of the window really in all honesty it is my privilege to pronounce you finally husband and
12:47wife you may kiss your beautiful bride josh everybody come on we're married y'all i love you
12:55everyone meet ella grace she's perfect look what we did you did good sugar
13:06her heart's a buzzer that is the best mommy well man i love you josh how are you feeling right now
13:19it's hard to say yeah what's coming up for you
13:32i don't have a time machine so i can't go back you know but i wish i could yeah i feel you and do what
13:46change for the betterment of my marriage instead of being so angry i hear you
14:00you know i do hate to see josh cry and i do hate that i've broken his heart and i've hurt him but for
14:07so long like i've begged for communication i've begged to go on dates and all the things that normal
14:13people do in a marriage that we haven't been doing for years and now i'm at my wits end with it like
14:19i'm tired of begging i'm tired of asking so for the first time in my life i feel like i'm making myself
14:25happy and i just hope that josh understands that what would you say you've learned i would say that
14:33like i've learned that it's okay to put yourself first i think that's my biggest thing we've put
14:40everybody ahead of ourselves yeah every time i guess it's another problem i need to fix
14:48alana's already pissed off at me because jessica questioned her about the whole colorado thing
14:52which obviously is my fault then you turn around and jalen's just not doing i'm so sick and tired
14:59of hearing about gene this gene that gene up here would not bother me one bit if i never ever seen gene
15:04again i can't really do that i commend you for being um you know communicable right now like you're
15:14amicable in this space and so with that being the case where do we go from here right like what are
15:22their next steps or are there is there a next step for you now um i think probably like our next step is
15:28just like trying to figure out like come to an agreement um like the things that we do have like
15:35the kids the you know the house like we do have things together but like i think we figure those
15:43things out and then we like file okay where are you with that josh how are you i want to be on the same
15:52page okay you know me and pumpkin said we would never do this to the kids the whole broken home
15:58thing and i think that's what really hits home i went through a divorce as a child also and watching
16:08the bickering and the arguing it sucked i mean i don't want my kids to go through it but at this
16:13particular point we have no choice so what i can do is to be more cordial than my parents were at times
16:22make sure that everybody knows that i'm always here no matter what and just to be completely
16:28honest the whole time at this point my children's mental health means more to me than anything
16:34yeah i commend you for that um so how do you talk to your children and is this what you're going to
16:42say like are you going to let them know um i think we're probably just like the only one that i feel
16:48like you're really like comprehending right now he is ella okay so i do think like us sitting down
16:54and talking to her and just like letting her know like things are going to be different but like the
16:59love that both of me and your daddy have that isn't changing like right right telling her like
17:05regardless even though we're splitting up it doesn't mean that i stop loving you any less or your daddy
17:10stops loving you any less like we're still going to be there to take care of you we're still going to be
17:14there to you know the school events or sporting events or whatever the case may be like none of
17:20that changes just the way that we live is going to change you know children not only see what you do
17:29they feel what you do right and so i think it will be very beneficial to the children how you show up
17:37right let me let me give you a few minutes to just chat a little bit
17:46i mean i do thank you for like actually like communicating with me and like
17:51like wanting really to do what's best for the kids

20:15with this whole divorce thing like as much as i didn't really want to do it i know that it had
20:20to be done and i know that it hurts both of us in the long run but i do care a lot about josh
20:26and i care about his mental state and that's where justin comes in
20:29who was knocking i don't know it's the police room bitch why are you knocking because
20:44what are you doing vibrate and working out i'm just trying to figure out like how this is working out
20:49because when i started this five weeks ago i weighed 255 this morning when i woke up i weighed 232
20:55so in five weeks i have lost 23 pounds i don't even go to the gym this is all this is my gym i mean
21:02you gotta wait a minute i'll be done working out and i didn't come to talk to you i come to talk
21:06justin so what are you over here for well josh was going back to the house because we
21:10like today went to the therapy shop how'd that go today was really like us sitting down with a
21:17therapist and like me asking him for a divorce what you thought to get through with it yeah
21:24how did he take it today i mean of course he's like sad and stuff like i don't think that he's
21:30like shot like i think he knew that was coming like i think he knew that like we haven't been doing
21:34good i'm not gonna wait around forever for us to be able to communicate with each other and put our
21:38kids through that i'm not yeah don't say i don't want to do that like i told him at the end of
21:42the conversation today he was like i still want to be best friends with you i still want to be cordial
21:45for the kids i still want us to be able to do things with the kids together which is hard right
21:50because it is hard when people are together for a long period of time and then break up yeah
21:54sometimes you can be friends sometimes you can't right i mean so you know i was kind of like thinking
22:00you know like maybe you could you know like talk to him like man to man i just know that like
22:07he does respect you a lot maybe he'll talk to you counselor justin yeah i can go talk to him
22:13stop by and check on him see what he's up to i mean this would be a good time for you to bond with
22:17your mama though you can get on the squatter machine so yeah look you go in there sit on the
22:22squatter and she can be on the plate and y'all can work out together y'all do that no all right

23:47to come by and check on you she said y'all went to therapy see how he was holding up something i
23:54didn't want to go through in life and at all and you know divorce is hard you know i've been through
24:01it sucks bro you know there's some kind of love there like you know that was one of the things she
24:06stopped by for because she said she was worried about you wanted somebody to come check on you so
24:13i know it's rough too i know it feels like there's no light at the end of the tunnel
24:17that's probably the hardest part you just feel stuck stuck you know it really sucks seeing josh this
24:26tore up i mean i understand what he's going through you know i've been through divorce and there's no
24:32easy way to say it or to sugarcoat it it's rough and it's going to be hard for a while you know he's
24:37going to have moments where he feels down and out and the best thing i can do for him is just be there
24:42and support him she's such a daddy's girl
24:50i thank god for the kids because there's the only thing keeping me wholesome yeah how could they not
24:57kids is what hurt the most because that'll deserve this but as long as y'all put the kids first you
25:03know and understand that that's what's important yeah it's what's most important to me at this moment
25:10i love being around him anytime you need a babysitter just call i appreciate it i mean within a divorce

25:29divorce in june won't be so bad could care less but justin on the other hand has
25:36been a decent dude to me so at least i've got him on my side in some of this

27:01meet with jaylen oh so she was saying that like jaylen will be looking at 10 years

27:11i do feel like we will figure it out but it is like it's scary like jaylen's scared yeah
27:16and i don't know like i just hope that it doesn't get to that point well it sounds like you had a
27:24rough and eventful weekend oh you thought that was rough and eventful i haven't even really told you
27:29like the worst part so i come home and like i felt like pumpkin and josh were just being off
27:36like it just wasn't them their normal self so i had sat down and had a conversation with pumpkin
27:42and she tells me that they're getting a divorce yeah oh my god a divorce like i'm sorry to hear
27:50about that yeah like i mean josh it's like your dad literally so like i don't even know how do you
27:58feel about it all i was a little upset but like honestly at the end of the day there's like nothing
28:02that i can do to stop the divorce you know yeah i'm 100 not choosing sides but at the end of the day
28:10pumpkin's my sister so i get it but i still love dada and i like loved everything he did for me and
28:17i appreciate everything he's done for me you don't want to get like too involved in everything you know
28:21yeah you don't want to be in the middle yeah i definitely don't want to be in the middle of it
28:25so i'll stay here in colorado and we'll paint pottery all the time yes i love that coming up on mama

32:19though anna told all of us that she wanted caitlin to stay with us she never put it in writing or
32:25anything else michael is not caitlin's biological father and we don't know who honestly is the only
32:33reason michael's able to go after me is because he paid for some of caitlin's school so under this new
32:38georgia law if you paid for a child you can go for equity of care for that child and custody
32:49well it took y'all long enough well i had to go get your food i mean well y'all just missed a phone

36:31but they were together for eight years he pretty much raised the kids um since they were very little
36:37he may be called to testify so i do want elders to go up there and tell his truth if he is called
36:43but also he knows what anna wanted and i wanted caitlin to stay with her biological family and we're
36:49gonna fight like hell to have that happen damn look at all these people michael's got with him
36:57there ain't no telling what michael's gonna pull in court so
37:01today is the day that we're gonna come face to face and this is gonna be handled

37:13honestly with this being the first day of court there is a lot on the line we could walk out of
37:17this courtroom today and never see caitlin again or mama can leave with her it could go
37:23either ways at this point i really am scared for the outcome
37:36it's lunch time y'all and i mean michael done called 15 witnesses half of them ain't seen him
37:41since 2017. i mean michael was digging deep it's 12 11. we have an hour i'm getting something to drink
37:53anyway so michael was just up there on the stand and she's like you know pumpkin reached out and
37:58has been reaching out since january like since before january to see kylie you keep ignoring her
38:03and you keep blowing her off he's like yes he says well it's caitlin's responsibility as a 12-year-old

38:17and he literally admitted that he hadn't texted her in like five months but you care like that is wow
38:23they are gonna cook mama too yeah they are i mean mama's gonna deal with it she's gonna take it to
38:27the chin the scary part with this court stuff is yeah michael's gonna get on the stand and mama's
38:33lawyer's gonna chew him a new one but mama also has to get on that stand and is gonna get it 10 times
38:38harder because she was a drug addict she was a parent i'm scared to take her out and all that has been
38:49documented through national television which in my opinion does scare me a little bit
38:53somebody's gonna leave today with exhales and put on that leg and somebody ain't gonna be happy
39:01i didn't even get to talk to the judge guys that is some bull
39:16because michael called so many witnesses i gotta come back tomorrow the best part of michael's
39:24testimony for today had to be out of the 276 pages of text messages between him and anna that i had
39:31it says that caitlin doesn't want to be over there and also anna doesn't want michael
39:38to have custody of caitlin and all this is just really nerve-wracking for all of us
39:44involved so what time do i need to know um maybe we got first day in the morning

40:32to caitlin and get her side and what she's feeling i think it's a very good thing that the
40:38judge is going to speak with her i'm just ready to get over with because this child needs to rest and
40:43my daughter needs to rest anna has not rested in seven months and 13 days now come on all right
