00:00Of course, Aaron Glenn is the new head coach of the Jets, and he's instilling a culture.

00:05You know, it's going to be his team, his culture.

00:08He's all business, this Aaron Glenn, and he appreciates what the last regime gave him,

00:15but we're going to turn him into our guys now.

00:18Culture is all about people.

00:20So you bring the right people in the building, that determines what kind of culture you're going to have.

00:25Now, listen, I give the guys before this regime, before we got here, credit.

00:29Because, listen, we don't have any just bad guys.

00:32I think we have a bunch of good guys on this team.

00:34So I give those guys a lot of credit for the guys they have here.

00:37So now our job is to make sure we steer them in the right direction, the way that we want to play football,

00:41the way that we want to operate, the way that we want this building to be.

00:45And to me, that's what culture is.

00:47And the players know that, and they've seen the different type of guys that we brought in,

00:52and they understand exactly what type of culture we're trying to build just by those men coming in the building.

00:57And even the people that we hire here as coaches in other departments of this building also.

01:03So I'm talking about men and women.

01:05You know, what team in sports now, in college or pro football, just for instance, those two,

01:13that doesn't talk about culture?

01:15I mean, they use that word more than a throat doctor.

01:18Honestly, you know, culture.

01:22That's all I ever hear about is culture.

01:24How about culture club?

01:25The bottom line is the Jets suck.

01:29I agree.

01:30And watching this guy, not just this week, but since he's gotten a job, I'll tell you one.

01:36You know this too, because you know about New York.

01:38He better get off to a good start, because his whole, the tough guy act, and the don't ask me questions act,

01:46and all that, that doesn't work if you start three and seven.

01:49He better win some games out of the gate.

01:52Because this stuff he's doing, like they asked him yesterday or two days ago, like, you know,

01:56is everybody here, did everybody report?

01:58He goes, did it look like it?

02:00You know, like, he doesn't answer.

02:02Like, he's got a real tough guy act to it.

02:04Tough guy.

02:05Which maybe they need.

02:06He's a tough guy, huh?

02:07That only works if you win in this town.

02:11You can't do that if you're bad.

02:12So he better win some games out of the gate.
