Omuroyama, the prototype of the meteorite crater in Makoto Shinkai's animated film "Your Name", has a crater covered with silver grass, which looks like a piece of matcha cake from a distance. There is a mountain cable car between the top of the mountain and the bottom of the mountain. You can take the cable car to the mountain. From the top of the mountain, you can have a 360-degree unparalleled view of Izu Plateau and Sagami Bay. There is also the Jogasaki Coast, one of the eight scenic spots in Ito. The high-rise rocks of tens of meters stretch for 9 kilometers, and the scenery is beautiful and spectacular. There is a lush native forest terrace next to the coastline. The sea is rocky, the waves are surging, and the waves are crashing on the shore! There is a suspension bridge across the rocky area, which is 23 meters above the sea from the center point. 01:03Our tour guide Johnny was amazing in service and knowledge, explaining the different sites we visited, funny, and so willing to assist in answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable through the walks.
01:15And the driver was so welcoming, greeted us every time we stepped off the bus and back onto the bus, such a great team.
01:21Now, talking the tram and walking on top of Mount Omoro's site did need a tad bit more time I feel.
01:27If you don't stop to take pictures, you can make it around, however, it's inevitable that we'll take pictures.

01:44My favorite day trip in Tokyo.
01:49Loved every single stop, except maybe the Hakone Shrine which we did last and was very crowded.
01:54The meet-up process was a bit unclear, as there was no mention of the travel agent name slash flag slash tour company name.
02:01I asked other tour guides in the area and finally found the one we were supposed to be on.
02:06This could be more efficient I feel.guide was great otherwise, very engaging, did both English and Mandarin and translated everything very well for us non-Mandarin speakers.
02:15I was totally impressed with Jogasaki Coast, the viewpoint, lighthouse, Mount Komoro, and the views from it.
02:22We didn't go to Mount Omoro due to the season but got great views of it from the lighthouse and Mount Komoro.
02:27The disappointing bit was Hakone Shrine, which we stopped at for 40 minutes.

02:38The stops and attractions were so beautiful.
02:41We went during summer so it was hot but the views were worth it when you get there.
02:45There was not much food available there so make sure to bring your own snacks.

02:52We would recommend this if you want a bit of detour from the busy Tokyo metro.
