00:35always jumped from relationship to relationship so I feel like this is like the best time for me to

00:40finally learn to be alone yeah and tell myself it's okay to be alone and just focus on your kids

00:46and you don't need to always have a man there beside you how are you doing that how are you how are you

00:51putting in the work well it's a lot but I wouldn't want it any other way because when I was in my

00:59marriage it was like just it got to the point where we turned into roommates and we weren't

01:05co-parenting right and now I don't have someone over my shoulder telling me how to co-parent or

01:09what to do and it feels really good yeah no definitely you know it's so hard for people to

01:14leave toxic relationships because you know there's always the pullback and things like that and the

01:20you know the the cycle of toxicity yes when did you kind of realize was there like an aha moment for

01:26you when you're like I just can't do this anymore yeah um I think you know he he cheated on me with

01:34his ex-wife and when those text messages came out then I was like you know that was pretty much the

01:40breaking point and his attitude that he had putting everyone in a bad mood all the time everyone was

01:46walking on eggshells and I'm like I don't have to live like this and I don't have to stay together

01:51just because we have kids right like in can I do this alone and it was scary to take that step

01:57so scary but I did it and um took a little time to get used to but now I'm enjoying my alone time
