A woman from north London who disappeared almost four months ago has been found “safe and well”.Portia Vincent-Kirby, from Finchley, appeared to have “fallen off the earth” after spending the evening with friends in Hyde Park on February 21.The 33-year-old, who once ran to be an MP, was spotted unexpectedly in the Blind Beggar pub in Whitechapel on March 14, but had not been seen since.
