00:18sons and daughters of the most high god and we're about to release prayer and prophetic
00:24declarations that shake hell and establish heaven on earth this is not just another study this is a

00:37any two-edged sword when we speak the word in faith we're not just making noise we're establishing
00:44god's will in our lives families finances ministries and donations you shall also decree a thing
00:53and it shall be established for you so light will shine on your ways job 22 verse 28 so today we are
01:01declaring boldness who god is who we are in him what he has promised us and that the enemy is defeated

02:22we are led by holy spirit leading us to our main verse today and i want to bring up the main verse
02:27which i've already said at the beginning job 22 job 22 verse 28 and we'll be reading as you can see on
02:38the screen from the amplified classic version you shall also decide and the crea thing and it shall
02:46be established for you and the light of god's favor shall shine upon your ways amen and amen and as you
02:56can see it is snowing here that's why i'm dressed like this no it's not it's very cold no but it's
03:03as we say here in australia is bloody freezing it is freezing in ballarat yes very much freezing so
03:14we're going to be spending some time in prayer let me give you an introduction before we do that that's
03:19right again if you're still this i know there's people that arrive a little bit later so today we
03:26rise as i said at the beginning today we rise not as victims but as victorious sons and daughters of
03:34the most high we are not here to beg we are here to pray and prophetically declare oh i don't feel
03:42like a george it doesn't matter how we feel like it doesn't matter because the reality is we're passing
03:49through this earth and yes we are constantly constantly as a believer um in resistance against
03:59the enemy because we are living in a fallen world right so why are we going to be doing this because
04:04the word of god is alive and active and as you heard at the beginning in the verse and i'll bring that
04:09verse up again in job 22 to 28 says you will also declare a thing and it shall be established for you
04:17you will declare a thing other translations as i read at the beginning amplified classic sage says
04:24you shall also decide and decree a thing so it comes with the decision first and then you must decree
04:33it's not just thinking and going yep i just i'm i've decided i'm going to serve the lord but then you
04:39don't decree it you must decree when you make a decision you must decree the word of god is what make
04:45things happen that's how he created the whole world that's how he created us amen all right so we are
04:50not here to beg we are here to pray and prophetically declare when we speak in faith we are not just
04:57repeating words we are releasing heaven's authority into the earth again as scripture tells us job 22 20
05:05to 28 this time from the new king james version you will also declare a thing and it will be
05:11established for you so light will shine on your ways why does light need to shine on our ways because
05:18right now everything is dark and it's getting darker and darker so we need the light of god amen amen so
05:24that means our words when rooted in god's word carry creative prophetic power they align us with god's
05:31promises and drive out darkness in a world overwhelmed by fear confusion compromise lies deceit whatever we
05:41we must refuse to be silent we must we take up the sword of the spirit the word of god and we speak
05:50life we speak truth we speak victory these declarations are not wishful thinking they are spirit breathed
05:59realities anchored in biblical scripture released by faith and backed by heaven so whether you're
06:06standing in the fire facing a mountain or lifting others in prayer this is your moment to declare
06:12boldly not with timidity but with boldness we declare who our god is we declare who we are in him
06:21we declare what he has promised and we declare the enemy is defeated amen amen all right so let every

06:48already met this beautiful wonderful woman right here is my blessing from god she's my wife she's also
06:54prophet a prophet called to be a prophet so we are blessed with her presence today she's going to be
07:00leading us in prayer and as we pray together they could they can be there will be prophetic words
07:07there'll be prophetic decorations etc amen 1 peter 2 9 we are chosen royal and set apart we walk our sons and
07:18daughters of the king no label lie or limitation defines us only the word of god does listen very
07:27carefully the declaration that we're going to do today is is a little bit of a mix in terms of like
07:33it is the word of god but it's also we are also going to be doing some warfare with the declaration that we
07:40we're about to release right so pray listen and understand 2 corinthians 5 17 we are new creations in
07:49christ born again redeemed and restored the past has no hold on us shame guilt condemnation are broken
07:59in the name of jesus i will release that there's someone here who's this week has um has stepped into anger
08:05um has fallen into anger um has fallen into anger and and you caught yourself on time but that's
08:12made you feel like you're you're dirty almost right so that is for you the past has no hold on you

09:25and as the word of god says we were bought at a price it's no longer us that lives but christ that
09:31lives in us and the life we now live we live by the faith of the son of god it's not even our faith
09:37it's his faith because it's no longer us that lives but christ that lives in us we are one with christ
09:43therefore we are the righteousness of god as the word of god says in christ jesus we are the righteousness of
09:50god in christ jesus so see yourself right now with that tunic with that with that white robe over
09:57you royal robe as the word of god said as sabrina just declared what did she say she said the past has
10:06no hold on us shame guilt or condemnation are broken we walk in our new nature clothed in righteousness

10:58john chapter 14 verse 26 says we are never alone the holy spirit is our comforter and you and we need
11:06our comforter to keep moving forward because as we repent we need to be we need our comforter next to us
11:13so that we learn and we walk in that grace of not doing the same thing again right the holy spirit is our
11:19comforter our teacher we can't do it by ourself this is not a long walk it's walking with god walking with
11:29christ right and he and the holy spirit is our advocate he leads us into all truth empowers our
11:37walk intercede for us and equip us to fulfill god's purpose with boldness and clarity lord i thank you
11:45lord god that whoever is listening may be now may be later lord god that they fill you the indwelling
11:52presence of your holy spirit right now lord god be filled lord god hallelujah with with with with

13:00of jesus every doctor there's someone right now uh there's such a heaviness in where you're actually
13:07sitting and listening to right now and that and and and as you started um um listening um us talking
13:17you felt really suddenly you were okay you were looking forward to it you suddenly you felt so
13:22depressed and so much like you you just can't handle it you don't care anymore this is for you in the
13:28mighty name of jesus every form of darkness shall flee in jesus mighty name for we are seated in with
13:36christ in heavenly places far above every principality and power lord i thank you lord god for your
13:43presence to invade the place where that person is lord god every form of burden and anxiety is lifted up
13:50of her shoulder in the mighty name of jesus hallelujah even her countenance right now i see your countenance
13:57your countenance uh how do you call it like contracted lord i thank you lord god release her face right
14:04now her countenance in the name of jesus release her right now in the name of jesus hallelujah if that's

14:26dealing with the spirit of uncleanness there's someone who's been having issues with uncleanness
14:34unclean spirit and because of that it brings a constant fear and the fear comes in such a point that
14:43you fear in case you have issues you fear in case so it's no longer that you have the issues or that
14:49the issues is bothering is just that you have fear in case the issues come so even when when you
14:54when um you've been free you're you're holding on to the fear in case it comes there but the bible
15:01says in 2 timothy 1 7 we reject the spirit of fear and lord we thank you that this person will reject
15:07the spirit of fear and receive receive your power love and sound mind for we are anchored in the peace of
15:14god lord i declare the peace that surpasses all understanding lord god to take all of that person
15:19right now that fear has no dominion over them in the name of jesus hallelujah the lord is our refuge and
15:26strengths the lord is our refuge and strengths hallelujah fear of the unknown there's someone else who has
15:33fear of the unknown and what i mean by that is you're doing everything that you know in the natural
15:40to go forward to move to the next season but while doing so you see a remnant of the past
15:48you're not like the past it's just the enemy showing you like like almost like your imagination is uh is
15:54seeing a remnant of the past and you think you're not moving forward but you are moving forward but the
16:00enemy uses fear as a legal authority right to to bring forth all form of delays and bring forth all
16:09form of um of issues where you think you're stuck in the same place hallelujah can you sing it you

18:20for us as well in jesus mighty name deuteronomy 8 18 we are not beggars in the mighty name of jesus we are
18:29stewards and covenant carriers stewards stewards stewards something not nothing amen stewards are
18:37responsible for something something usually valuable especially when you're an ambassador
18:43of christ and we are ambassadors of christ so we are stewards and covenant carriers not promises
18:51not contracts covenant covenant covenant with god kingdom covenant carriers so god gives us power
19:00god it's your promise you give us power to get wealth for your kingdom purposes you know our hearts lord
19:09search our hearts as david said lack is not our portion we refuse that we rebuke that and we repent
19:16of accepting it we repent of accepting lack lack is not our portion i'm not saying that you won't go
19:24through certain issues in life that sometimes you won't have some struggles or or opposition everybody
19:32gets that but it's not from god it is not from god the lack it is not from god not to have power to get over
19:42health issues wealth issues all these sort of things it is not from god if you're a believer this is not
19:48our portion how can you say that george but you don't have this you don't have that even if i don't and
19:55even if i didn't it doesn't change the truth does it the truth is still the truth whether you've experienced
20:04it or not they keep declaring the truth of god's word the truth of his promises the truth of what
20:11his word says in deuteronomy 8 18 it's not george or sabrina's words it's god's word so i'm declaring
20:18it again i'm declaring it again deuteronomy 8 18 we are not beggars we are stewards and covenant carriers
20:27god give us power to get wealth for his kingdom purposes lack is not our portion amen i'm saying
20:36that here in ballarat i think the people the neighbors need to hear lack is not our portion
20:41in jesus name we sow in faith we reap in joy and live in overflow overflow we should have big bellies not
20:52because of beer not because of ice cream not because of ben and jerry's or any of that i was
20:59gonna say a bad word any of that nonsense but because we're overflowing with god's blessing
21:08overflowing with god's blessing to bless us to bless others amen amen amen let's continue so if you need um
21:16if any other person needs protection healing and restoration we'll continue on declaring we will
21:22we will continue on and we'll be declaring as well for families and children and all that so if you are
21:27online receive it type amen i mean say amen just be in agreement because it's not us it's the word of god
21:37and the word of god is alive is yes and amen it's not based on your experience it's not based on my
21:42experience his word is true and he is still god upon the throne and nothing can change that amen let's
21:50keep going so we're going to decree about on protection healing and restoration aziah 54 verse 17 we are
21:57covered by the blood of jesus every plan of the enemy is cancelled we walk in divine protection and no
22:04weapon form against us against our family and all that is above um accordingly to our life will prevail
22:12in the name of jesus hallelujah isaiah 53 verse 5 we declare healing over our bodies our mind and our
22:23spirit every sickness must bow down to the name of jesus we declare that we walk in divine health and
22:29restoration and let me add in the mighty name of jesus it is it is for us children of god to be
22:36contagiously healthy to have authority over health this is our portion according to the word of god
22:42and to have authority over health not just over other people you're praying but over your own health
22:48you know many times i just pray over myself lord this is what your word says this is what your word said
22:55i need to decree i'm declaring it i'm expecting it let there be healing in the name of jesus hallelujah
23:01amen keep going if you find yourself this this isn't an answer for everything but if you find yourself
23:11somebody needs to hear this uh constantly falling sick yes there's many reasons for that but it doesn't
23:18mean that you it's always your fault sometimes it's the devil he's not happy with you he's not happy with
23:25god's will god's purpose for your life so he will attack you sometimes it's bad decisions we've made
23:32sometimes things we believe that we shouldn't believe and declared and spoken out of our mouths
23:38nevertheless we are what over comers by the blood of the lamb and the word of our testimony so even if
23:45you not have an experience you've gone through a long period where you haven't experienced health for
23:51a long time you're constantly battling health issues don't worry because the word of god says
23:57you're an overcomer so you're supposed to overcome it not get out of it but overcome it either through
24:06miracle or through healing amen but you are an overcomer by the blood of the lamb and the word of your
24:12testimony amen there needs to be testimonies hallelujah god didn't god didn't promise a rosy
24:19life didn't promise that nothing will happen but he said we will always walk in victory so whatever
24:23happened shall not be able to stand against us no weapon form against us shall prosper in jesus name
24:29so some some some brothers and sisters are very fortunate it's lives are very fortunate and barely
24:35ever get sick but they constantly struggle financially there's other people that are constantly like
24:41just abundantly blessed financially but they're constantly facing health issues we don't know what
24:47other people are going through so the grass is never greener on the other side the grass is not
24:52as green as it's portrayed to nowadays i mean ballarat is very good at doing that the people here
24:58this man i've seen better marketing here in ballarat than in melbourne and i'm not exaggerating they
25:04make things look amazing great fantastic markets we get there it's nothing what but it's full
25:11advertisement a lot that's just great advertisement it's very good advertisement amen well anyways let's

27:24serve him and he will use us to submit to fulfill those good works created onto good works which he

28:38nowadays everything's a revival it's almost we've diminished the word of revival so much because
28:43everybody just thinks a thousand people show up to a meeting wow we're having a revival and tomorrow
28:48everything's back to normal that's that's not revival we need to look at history but we look at
28:53history and you'll see what revival means revival think about for example wales the nation of wales
28:59when there was revival a revival that happened in wales crime went down police had to be sacked
29:06had to be sacked because there was no crime so police stopped the football season we're talking about uk
29:12football teams no more because nobody was going to the stadiums anymore now that's revival that's
29:17revival bars had to close down because nobody was drinking anymore hallelujah that's revival we want
29:23revival yes we need revival fire and it always starts in the church amen amen let's go psalm 85 verse 6
29:34we call forth revival fire to sweep through our hearts first through the churches and the cities amen dry
29:43bones shall live again dry bones shall live again dry bones shall live again and i'm speaking to somebody
29:52right now because you have issues with your bones especially in winter i feel like wherever you are
29:56whenever it's cold your bones hurt dry bones shall live again i speak life resurrection life over your
30:05bones right now lukewarmness is cast out no more lukewarm on it the war warmness no more lukewarmness
30:15no more a fresh hunger for righteousness and truth rises in this generation we are for runners
30:24of the move of god in the mighty name of jesus hallelujah joel 225 what the enemy store god restores time
30:34relationship finances and opportunities are coming back in greater measure in greater measure better
30:42than before better than before our god is a god who does better than before hallelujah we declare that we
30:48walk in a season of divine recompense restoration not progress progress is just one two three steps we want
30:55restoration restoration come back sevenfold right we declare we walk in a season of divine recompense and
31:03multiplied return in the mighty name of jesus hallelujah remember the lady remember the lady that came back
31:11after having left her house the bible tells us that there was this instance where this lady then had to
31:18leave for a reason had to leave the city she left her house by the time she came back um when she came back
31:24there was squatters oh yes does that sound the bell somewhere uk canada australia us there were squatters
31:33in her house she had to go to the king and as she entered the king's court the an assistant of the
31:41king was actually talking to the king about this lady and about a miracle that god had done in her life
31:48she came and she had to ask the king to get those people out of her house to get her house back
31:55not only did she get a house back but the bible tells us that she got what she got recompensed for
32:01the time that she lost amen for the time for the money that she lost so in our times interest and so
32:10and even more whatever you have lost you need to declare it right now whatever the enemy stole
32:15whatever time that the enemy stole from you we want the enemy to regret having even thought about
32:24bothering you we aren't the enemy to regret having bothered you to regret having taken your stuff
32:31away the enemy is going to pay 10 times 100 times more yes of what you've lost that time that is
32:38taken from my life from certain areas in my life oh man he's going to pay he's going to pay and
32:43i it's not it's not even worth me saying he it's gonna pay and it's gonna pay big hallelujah because
32:51that is my god my god is above any other fake gods amen lord we thank you lord god we declare father
33:00god seven fourth return in the name of jesus because this is what your word says and your word will not
33:06go back without making effect we declare it oh lord in the name of jesus we thank you lord god all resources
33:12needed for us to accomplish that which you have set for us here on earth everybody that is listening
33:18as well lord god all the resources is you've already made a valuable father god as it has written in the
33:24book of life for each of us lord god that um our books lord god we declare that those resources are
33:31being released onto us lord we thank you that the wealth of the wicked is not just being transferred but
33:38it's being now released in the name of jesus we keep hearing it's being transferred and being
33:42transferred but lord we think that it's been released this is a season of release in the name
33:48of jesus hallelujah amen let's keep going let's keep going we're going to go on to family and household
33:54salvation amen so this involves the whole family the whole house we will do children as well just before
34:00we get on to it i need to say this just before we forget by the way the book we just released the
34:06book is mainly done it's done mainly by sabrina um the book that we just released on um amazon yes the
