00:00Goku was born a monkey. No, not a literal monkey, but a member of a race called the Saiyans,

00:07who are known for their incredible strength and their tail. When he was just a baby,

00:12his planet was destroyed and he was sent to Earth where he grew up as a kind-hearted Saiyan

00:16with no memory of his past. As an adult, he became a legendary martial artist,

00:22defeating many powerful enemies along the way. However, Goku's story doesn't end there.

00:29After defeating a tyrant named Frieza, Goku went to another planet called Namek to recover his power.

00:36There he met a new friend, a talking cat named Oolong, who helped him train and become even

00:42stronger. In the end, Goku had to use a powerful technique called the Spirit Bomb to defeat them.

00:49And in doing so, he became the first Super Saiyan. And that's just the beginning of his story.
