Blake Lively may have thought her legal drama with Justin Baldoni was finally behind her after her stunning court victory ... but JB's lawyer says the case is just getting started.

00:01Blake Lively may think her legal drama is over after a judge dismissed Justin Baldoni's $400 million lawsuit,

00:07but Baldoni's lawyer says not so fast.

00:10Blake Lively was taking a victory lap last night at an industry event in New York City.

00:14Meanwhile, Justin Baldoni's attorney came out and said this is not over by a long shot.

00:20Brian Friedman issued a statement saying that

00:23Blake Lively's predictable declaration of victory is false.

00:27The court invited us to refile four of the seven claims.

00:31Which Friedman says will showcase additional evidence and refined allegations.

00:36Unfortunately for Justin, the other three claims cannot be refiled and those were big.

00:41Those are the defamation claims that Justin had filed against Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, and the New York Times.

00:47He was suing collectively for $650 million. Those damages are out.

00:51Now he's talking about really sort of small potatoes and damages.

00:55But Friedman thinks it's about more than that.
