00:145.8 incentive package 500 grand for a playoff berth 600 grand for a wild card win 750 for a

00:21divisional win a million for a conference championship a million five for a super bowl

00:27win and a league mvp a million and a half does any of that hit does any of that hit a playoff berth

00:35at the least does that hit for him i think they're going to be in the mix for a playoff berth

00:40their season win total is eight and a half so the odds makers kind of see them on the outside

00:46looking in there's a lot of good teams in the afc it's a very team-friendly contract i don't have a

00:52problem paying aaron rogers this type of money or you know the incentives or whatever if you get

00:57there that's that's even better uh but as far as the 14 million dollar cap hit i don't have a problem

01:03with that as far as the holdout scuff tj watt obviously a critical player i mean he's your

01:08best player the pittsburgh steelers best player from what i understand and listen i'm not in the

01:13room but from what i hear from like smart people that do cover the pittsburgh steelers is that they're

01:18actually talking right there's a there's a progression to it they're they're talking

01:23they're negotiating and the plan is there's no panic uh with him i think the cincinnati situation

01:30is completely different i mean they don't really have any money left anymore after paying everybody

01:34they don't like paying people uh to begin with so if the watt situation you know i don't think is a

01:41big deal scott i think it's just they're going to get it done uh over time mclaurin is interesting in

01:46washington you know he's been a loyal soldier there they haven't been very good over the years

01:51he's been the one consistent and now he sees everybody else getting paid around him and then

01:56bringing in new dudes that are getting paid so i think they'll handle that as well the cincinnati

02:02situation with hedgerson that's the one to keep our eye on guys because they're the bengals and hell

02:08they haven't even signed their first round draft pick yet who incidentally has the same agent as a cook of

02:13the bills does which um um isn't it great like this agent likes to he really likes to push teams as

02:19far as uh they'll go but the bengal situation if i was a bengals fan you know i don't know if he's

02:25going to be playing for you this year everyone else i don't think there's a big deal scott

02:48paid and it's way too early to start to panic about it right you know i'm saying this is a problem if

02:54if he's not there on august you know if he's not there in the preseason we got a problem right but

02:59right now and he is there i don't really want to get too overly concerned about these these stories

03:34but there's a lot of quarterbacks that have gone down already guys like anthony richardson good i

03:41mean i'll just quickly scott you bring it up like richard dan daniel daniel jones danny dimes

03:47um danny no dimes is on the colts now you can get plus money he's going to be the starting quarterback

03:54richardson's already hurt like he'll get hurt again like jones will be the starting quarterback

04:00there's all kinds of guys with like now trevor lawrence they're saying oh it's not a concern

04:04it's just a little little bit of a this or that but hey if i was uh the houston texans i would be

04:08concerned if stroud like you know stroud like hurt his fingernail uh scott like you know he's their

04:15season go down the drain without him exactly so i'd be very concerned about any injury with stroud

04:21and take it day by day with that
