Kristi Noem acusa a Sheinbaum de "alentar" protestas

La secretaria de Seguridad Nacional de Estados Unidos, Kristi Noem arremetió contra la presidenta de México, Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo por supuestamente “alentar” las protestas en Los Ángeles las cuales han venido sacudiendo la ciudad desde el pasado fin de semana tras redadas migratorias encabezadas por el Servicio de Control de Inmigración y Aduanas (ICE).

00:00So, Claudia Scheinbaum came out and encouraged more protests in L.A., and I condemn her for that.

00:06She should not be encouraging violent protests that are going on.

00:09If people are allowed to peacefully protest, but the violence that we're seeing is not acceptable and it's not going to happen in America.

00:17This president is standing up for the average American who wants to walk their child to school every day safely,

00:22run their small business, and provide for their families.

00:25That's the action that he's taken.

00:27He has every authority under the Constitution to send these National Guard under Title X into these communities

00:34and make sure that operations go smoothly, that law enforcement officers are protected,

00:39that they can continue to do their work without fear of being injured or killed or disrespected,

00:45and that they can go home to their families at night.

00:47So, I'm incredibly proud of the president for activating the National Guard and for sending in these Marines

00:52because these Marines are specifically trained to meet the need that we have on the ground in L.A. right now.

00:57And Governor Newsom has done a disservice to the status of California for many years.
