00:37While Harold is outside working in the garden, a giant of a man named Reuben Strong suddenly appears.
00:43He's huge, but his eyes are gentle. Reuben hands Harold a mysterious letter, letting him know he's actually a wizard,
00:51and he's been accepted to Wissendale School of Magic.
00:54When Vernon and Patricia try to protest, Reuben stands firm, telling them straight out that Harold's parents were powerful wizards.

01:10Reuben leads Harold down a hidden alley. It's cobblestones lined with the strangest shops and magical folks you could ever imagine.
01:18As they walk, Reuben explains that Harold is actually famous in the wizarding world, all because he survived an attack by the dark wizard Voldemort,
01:26the same one who killed Harold's parents. Together, Reuben and Harold shop for a wand and all sorts of magical school supplies.
01:34Harold is just, well, overwhelmed, but also thrilled by everything he's seeing.
01:40Soon, Harold boards the train to Wissendale School. On board, he meets Ronald Grimm, a friendly kid from a big family,
01:51and Hermia Bright, who's just bursting with excitement and curiosity. The three of them hit it off right away.
01:57But then there's Draco Malvo, who wastes no time acting like a bully.
02:01It's pretty clear that Ronald and Harold don't come from rich or famous magical families, but, you know, they're just happy to be starting this new adventure together.
02:13As night falls, the grand halls of Wissendale come alive with wonder.
02:17The new students are led into the Great Hall, where Professor Wisenut, the wise and kind headmaster, welcomes everyone with open arms.
02:26One by one, the magical sorting hat is placed upon each student's head, deciding their destiny.
02:32Some are sent to Valor Claw, others to Slytherin, Eagle Grade or Badgerdell.
02:37Harold, Ronald and Hermia all find themselves sorted into Valor Claw, while Draco Malvo joins Slytherin.
02:47When morning arrives, Harold finds himself struggling in potions class,
02:51which is taught by the strict and honestly kind of intimidating Professor Stone.
02:57It's clear that Professor Stone seems to have a particular dislike for Harold,
03:01often singling him out for criticism in front of the whole class.
03:08Later that night, Harold, Ronald and Hermia discover a shocking secret.
03:12The trapdoor leads to the Sorcerer's Stone, an artifact said to grant immortality.
03:17They overhear that Voldemort is plotting to steal the stone and restore his own body.
03:23Suddenly, Professor Wisenut leaves the school for what he calls urgent business.
03:27Worried that the stone is now in real danger, the trio decides they have to go after it themselves, no matter what.
03:37So the trio descends through the trapdoor, facing a bunch of magical challenges.
03:41First, there's this deadly plant they have to get past, then a room just filled with flying keys,
03:47and after that, a giant chess game where Ronald actually sacrifices himself so they can win.
03:53After all that, they're separated, and Harold has to continue alone.
03:57Harold finds Professor Quirrell standing in front of this mysterious mirror.
04:04Quirrell reveals that he's actually serving Voldemort,
04:08whose face, believe it or not, is hidden on the back of Quirrell's head.
04:12Voldemort orders Quirrell to get the stone from the mirror.
04:16When Harold looks into the mirror, he sees himself finding the stone,
04:20and suddenly he feels it appear in his pocket.
04:23Quirrell tries to take the stone from Harold, but his touch burns Harry's skin.
04:28As they struggle, Harold's scar starts to burn, and eventually, he passes out.
04:36Harold wakes up in the school infirmary.
04:38Professor Wisenut explains that Harold survived because of his mother's sacrifice,
04:43which created a protective magic around him.
04:46Quirrell, well, he was consumed by Voldemort's evil.
04:50The sorcerer's stone has been destroyed, and the school year comes to an end.
04:55Harold, for the first time, is no longer alone.
05:01Harold arrives back at the Krempe household, feeling way more confident than he did before Wissendale.
05:07Even though he'll still be mistreated, he knows now that he doesn't really belong with his biological family.
05:13He's a wizard. The end.
