00:10know that we're here and celebrate our carers was a flash mob it was Diana's
00:14idea she she gets these ideas in her head and obviously we all go along with
00:18it so it's just we're living in 21st century and it's a lot going on like
00:23outside in the communities and something fun and you know care is kind of tough
00:29job today so I thought why not you know to take our care staff and have some fun
00:36care is not only about hard job it's fun as well yeah and rewarding yeah
00:41rewarding it's not only for us like staff but for residents as well because we do
00:46do this inside we've been practicing in front of them for about three weeks so
00:50they've seen us do it lots and lots of times but they love it don't they so yeah
00:54it didn't go without the hiccups but we are fine it was fun we had fun that's the
00:59main thing yeah and we're hoping it's done the job of getting us out there and
