02:46use a clinical strength antiperspirant like certain dri not regular deodorant but one that

02:52actually controls sweat and odor effectively

02:54once you've dealt with the odor it's time to make yourself smell good just use a nice fragrance

03:03either your favorite cologne or a popular well-reviewed scent a simple spray on your body

03:09and suddenly you're not just clean you're uh invitingly attractive
