00:00I have to explain that it's not a cabinet revamp.

00:12What we really did was we are still in the process of examining.

00:16Now, we're in the bottom.

00:18What happened really here was that I put everyone on notice that you are basically all on probation.

00:24And, okay, this time, it looks like yung iba, magbuti naman, magbindi naman ang performance.

00:32Ngayon, nasa USEC na tayo, nasa mga agencies na tayo.

00:36But we are, what essentially, what you call, what you refer to as a cabinet revamp,

00:42it's not a one-shot, one-time, big-time thing.

00:48It is an ongoing thing.

00:49This is something, it is essentially putting all government agencies, departments on notice

00:55that we have to do better.

00:58And we will be looking very, very closely.

01:01And we will make that review on a periodic basis, maybe a quarterly basis.

01:07And titignan natin yung target ba natin, nakapag ba natin, mga quarterly basis.

01:14And we will be much, much more rigorous in looking at the performance,

01:19not only at the top level, but all the way, all the way.

01:23And that's why you will see, I'm sure you will see more changes in the future.
