00:13They used terrorists.

00:15Okay, let's go with that.

00:18That's a charged term.

00:20Terrorism is the organized and systematic use of violence

00:23to get civilians to affect their political goal.

00:27Isn't that pretty much what's happening here?

00:29Nobody knows yet what is happening here,

00:31so we have to be very careful about everything we say on air.
