00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:06directly save an email on the desktop application Microsoft Outlook using a

00:11Mac computer. Without further ado let us start the video. So in this tutorial you

00:16need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to the desktop application

00:21Microsoft Outlook. We can now start the tutorial. Before I start this tutorial I

00:26would like to say that you're more than welcome to subscribe to my channel

00:56the video. So now let's go over to the dock. Go to launch file. Go to the

01:01application Microsoft Outlook. Search for this. Enter to open up the application.

01:05Wait for that to load. Once that has loaded. Now let's go to an email that we

01:11have. What we can do is right click and try to locate the save option. If that's not

01:18available that's fine. We can drag and drop this onto the desktop and now that

01:25email within our inbox has now been saved to our computer forever. If I were to

01:32let's just say open this email I would have to right click open with Microsoft

01:37Outlook and there we have that email that was downloaded or saved to our Mac

01:43computer now on screen opened up for us to view forever. So we can now close this.

01:50If we go to Microsoft Outlook, go to that same email, go to file, go to save as. We can also

01:59save this to the desktop. Let's just change the name as we already have an email called

02:05yourdigestemail.eml. So this is now number two. Save to desktop. Go back to the desktop.

02:13Click on this again. Right click. Open with Microsoft Outlook and there we go. So we can
