00:00Hi! I was just making breakfast and I was making a recipe from the Kind Diet. I made the tofu
00:05scramble, but I jazzed it up. I was feeling like more flavor this morning, less healing. So I put
00:10just a little bit more shoyu and a little bit more umeboshi plum vinegar. But what I was just
00:16thinking about and why I've come here to say something is because I always sprinkle these
00:21on top. These furikake sprinkles, why I love them, they instantly give a sort of nutty,
00:27extra yum flavor to things. I put them on everything. So I put them on the stir fry.
00:31Here, can you see my stir fry? Um, I already ate it. I don't know if that was a very good view.
00:36But I put them on bare stir fries. Salads, they're really good on salads. Anyway, the reason I try
00:42to get them into my son, so this is a message to moms, sesame seeds are so high in calcium.
00:47They're so good for their growth and for all kinds of things, good minerals. These are just sneaky ways
00:54to get good minerals in your kids.
