La prima anteprima approfondita del Summer Showcase è dedicata a Titan Quest II, il nuovo action RPG di Grimlore Games che riprende l’eredità del celebre titolo originale e la arricchisce con tutta la potenza del mito greco.  Il gioco arriverà in Accesso Anticipato su Steam nell’estate 2025, con un lancio completo previsto successivamente su PC e console.

00:20but it's set in ancient

00:22greek mythology. You really can

00:24immerse yourself in what you

00:26associate greece with. You'll be fighting these

00:28mythological monsters, some of which we came up

00:30with ourselves, some of which are from titan quest

00:32water. Greek mythology also

00:34has become very much part of pop culture

00:36in the last two decades. Some other games

00:38have had great success with this and we

00:40thought that we have this great IP on our hands

00:42why not use it? In titan quest 2

00:44you'll be playing as a

00:46rather unknown hero character

00:48you're not really a hero yet, you're

00:50honestly just training to

00:52be a capable fighter.

00:54You have a master called Aristono

00:56she's from sparta and used

00:58to be a priestess of nemesis

01:00as you'll find out later. You will

01:02build up your own worth

01:04over time as you prove yourself in front

01:06of the gods. Gameplay wise titan quest 2

01:08is very much a classic

01:10ARPG but we've got our own

01:12twists in there with like the mastery

01:14system for example where

01:16you merge two masteries into

01:18one instead of just being given

01:20classes. So you have to find these little

01:22entanglements that you can have between

01:24the two masteries, these synergies

01:26and make the best use of them possible.

01:33From there you can take your character

01:35in multiple directions. We

01:36mixed classes something we support

01:38quite a lot actually but the core

01:40fantasies of just a tanky warrior of

01:42course you're gonna have that. You can

01:43take your character in many directions

01:45and choice is at the core of our game.

01:48Your abilities will be modifiable so each of them

01:51has like the several modifier choices

01:54that you can equip into your skill.

01:55This is our little innovation

01:58in this space.

02:04We are not going to be doing any

02:06micro transactions in this game because

02:08we don't believe in that form of

02:11monetization in general. We will be doing

02:15traditional DLCs however so

02:17after the 1.0 launch we will be putting

02:20out larger DLC packs which will include

02:23additional chapters so more content in

02:26general, bosses, creatures, areas and

02:28masteries of course. So Titan Quest 2 will

02:31be coming to Steam Early Access very

02:34soon. You can wishlist it now already and

02:36we're looking for a summer timeline for

02:39this and then later the other platforms.
