01:26art space, K-11 Atelier Office Building, and a 1.7-kilometer waterfront promenade, creating

01:40incorporating renewable energy, recyclable materials, and a sponge city concept for

01:46sustainable stormwater management, earning it LEED Platinum and WELL Gold pre-certifications.

01:53Its strategic location near the Shukou Ferry Terminal, also known as Shukou Cruise Homeport,

01:59enhances accessibility, connecting visitors to Hong Kong and other regional destinations.

02:04The terminal, just a short distance from K-11 E-Coast, supports the mall's role as a gateway

02:11to the Greater Bay Area, with easy access via Shenzhen Metro and bus.
