00:00A long time ago in a deep jungle there lived a mighty tiger. He was fierce, ruthless and feared
00:14by all the animals. One day as the tiger rested near a riverbank his sharp eyes caught sight of
00:23something across the river. He saw a small temple. Sitting beside it was a wise sage wearing a dazzling
00:31golden chain that shimmered brilliantly under the sunlight. Seeing this the tiger's heart filled
00:41with greed. He thought, if I had that golden chain around my neck I would look even more majestic.
00:48Determined, the tiger crossed the river and approached the sage. He said,
00:55Oh great sage, you are so peaceful and wise. I wish to become your disciple. Please give me your golden
01:02chain so that I too can become as pure and noble as you. The sage understood the tiger's true intentions
01:10and smiled gently. He said, To obtain this chain you must first cross the river but beware the current in
01:20the middle is dangerously strong. The tiger blinded by greed ignored the sage's warning. He thought,
01:29I am strong enough crossing this river is no challenge for me. Thinking this he jumped into the river but as soon as he reached the middle he realized that the current was much stronger than he had expected. The powerful flow of the water pulled him in different directions and soon he lost control. The mighty tiger struggled but within moments he was dragged deep into the river and disappeared forever.
