Keurig Dr Pepper's CEO drinks 50 brands of coffee

Keurig Dr Pepper CEO Tim Cofer told Fortune that he starts his mornings at 5:30 a.m. with a cup of coffee.

00:00So I'm a big beverage consumer, as are most Americans, but I start the day usually between 5.30 and 6.00 with the first cup of coffee.

00:08I'm through my second cup of coffee by about 6.30 in the morning.

00:11This is at home?

00:12This is at home.

00:12With your machine?

00:13With my Keurig machine, absolutely.

00:15And I rotate through our amazing portfolio of 50-plus different brands and variants of Keurig coffee.

00:22But I'm a big coffee drinker, seven days a week.

00:24And then I shift into usually stills.

00:27At lunch, I tend to like a CSD, a carbonated soft drink, a little bubbly.

00:32And then in the afternoon, increasingly, I am one of those consumers reaching for an energy drink.

00:36Yeah.

00:37And that's a nice pick-me-up between, you know, 2, 3 p.m. to just get that final burst of energy.
