During a House Appropriations Committee hearing on Wednesday, Rep. Mark Pocan (D-WI) questioned OMB Director and Project 2025 contributor Russell Vought about the initiative's influence on the Trump administration.

00:05Thank you, Mr. Chair. And I want to thank Ms. Hinson for putting in the record to verify what I said, which is undocumented immigrants are not eligible to enroll in federally funded coverage, including Medicaid, CHIP, or Medicare, or to purchase coverage to the ACA marketplaces.
00:18And in California, indeed, it was state funds. So thank you, Ms. Hinson, for having my back. I love bipartisan cooperation.
00:24Project 2025. You're one of the authors. You're on the advisory board. You work for Heritage. You're basically January, February, and March in a Project 2025 calendar, right?
00:35But you were asked this weekend about it, and you said, no, the administration isn't following Project 2025. So just I'll go through lightning rounds. It's only of two minutes.

01:22Limiting refugee admissions?
01:23Rescinding temporary protected status to nations?
01:26Capping indirect costs for university-based research?
01:29Requiring disclosures of foreign gifts to universities?
01:31Apparently not planes to presidents?
01:33Asserting the president's power to remove federal officials?
01:36And targeting NOAA?
01:38Were those all just coincidences that they happen to be in Project 25,
01:41and they were just in the back pocket of the president since November?
01:44The president has never been more of a promises-made, promises-kept president

01:52He has run on an agenda.
01:54He was very clear on that agenda.
01:56He's now enacting that agenda.
01:57And those of us who work for him work for his agenda in executing that agenda.
