00:00Back in Boulder, Colorado, has underscored the extreme dangers posed to our country
00:05by the entry of foreign nationals who are not properly vetted,
00:10as well as those who come here as temporary visitors and overstay their visas.
00:15We don't want them.
00:16We'll not let what happened in Europe happen to America.
00:20That's why on my first day back in office,
00:23I directed the Secretary of State to perform a security review of high-risk regions
00:28and make recommendations for where restrictions should be imposed.
00:33That is why today I am signing a new executive order placing travel restrictions on countries
00:40including Yemen, Somalia, Haiti, Libya, and numerous others.
00:46The strength of the restrictions we're applying depends on the severity of the threat posed.
00:53The list is subject to revision based on whether material improvements are made
00:58and likewise new countries can be added as threats emerge around the world.
01:04But we will not allow people to enter our country who wish to do us harm
01:09and nothing will stop us from keeping America safe.
01:13But we will not allow people to enter our country's
01:24and we will not be able to enter our country while we are not going out of the country.
01:26With respect, there are people who are not known to the country.
01:31Once they have come in Asia and we will not be able to enter our country,
01:33we will get spent much more time than 30 years into the country.
