00:00We had focused on the Pahalgaam terrorist attack and we have told them that this resistance front just didn't come up on April 22nd.
00:12In Saudi Arabia, we had informed them how Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was victim of terrorism in 2003 May.
00:20In Riyadh, some 39 people were killed.
00:22We had requested them and explained to them that what is the monitoring of all these funds.
00:27This money is going to Pakistani army.
00:31This money is not being used to develop Pakistan, to eradicate polio over there, to eradicate poverty over there, to bring down unemployment.
00:40We had also reminded them that this Pakistan claims this false boogie of it being a Muslim country.
00:48At many places, I had reminded them that there are 240 million Muslims living in India.
00:53So this argument of Pakistan is completely wrong.
00:56Pakistan was brought in FATF, an important meeting was being held in Germany.
01:00Immediately Pakistan informed FATF, Sajid Mir is alive.
01:04You were denying his existence and suddenly you bring a person who is dead alive.
01:08You have 23 million children out of school, even age of 6 and 12.
01:1540% poverty.
01:16Where is money going?
01:17We have nothing against the people living over there, but their government, their deep state, their ISI, their promoted terrorist organizations are indulging in terrorism.
01:32What do you think of Rahul Gandhi's statement claiming Trump called PM Modi and said Narendra surrenders?
01:42Well, I think his party is competent enough to reply to him.
01:48Our government should have announced that suggestion, not US president, because he is not the political head of our country.
01:58That has been my stand and that continues to be my stand.
02:02In this forthcoming monsoon session, we must have a debate on Pahalgam.
02:10Why was there a security lapse?
02:13Who is accountable for it?
02:14What is our deterrence policy?
02:17This will be our main demand in the forthcoming monsoon session.
02:20One must remember that all these four countries which our government has sent us, all the MPs headed by Mr. J. Panda, we are representing India over there.
02:34And all these four countries are members of OIC.
02:39Other three countries are members of GCC.
02:44And one of the countries is right now a member of – non-permanent member of Security Council.
02:51And Algeria, I think so, would be – or Bahrain would be a member next year.
02:58And all these four countries are part of Middle East, North Africa Task Force.
03:05Now they have – and they have historical relations with India, especially Bahrain, which till 1960 was using India as currency rupee.
03:14Kuwait, the same thing.
03:16Saudi Arabia because of Makkah and Medina being over there.
03:20Algeria, Nehru had said in United Nations asking for self-determination of Algeria.
03:26So historically, we have good relations with them.
03:30And we had impressed upon them, requested them, and explained to them, starting with our head of adulation, Mr. Jai Panda and other members,
03:42that Pakistan has been indulging – Pakistan has been indulging in this terrorism for many and years in India.
03:51We had focused on the Pahalgaam terrorist attack.
03:54And we have told them that this resistance front just didn't come up on April 22nd.
04:04India has already told the United Nations 1262 sanctioned committee in December 2023 that this is a new name for LET.
04:13Then in 2024, twice we have informed the United Nations Security Council 1262 sanctioned committee about this resistance front.
04:23And unfortunately, our apprehensions had come through.
04:25Now the fourth progress is going on.
04:27Secondly, we have told them – we have told them the speech of April 15th of Asim Munir, especially the last part of his speech where he said that it is a jugular vein.
04:41We will support the Mujahideen who are working in Kashmir.
04:46And thirdly, we had brought to the notice the speech given by Hafiz Saeed's son in February of 2024 in Park-occupied Kashmir,
04:57wherein we openly claim that this whole year there will be jihad and blood will flow, this wrong form of understanding of jihad which they have.
05:07In Saudi Arabia, we had informed them how Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, was victim of terrorism in 2003 May.
05:17In Riyadh, some 39 people were killed.
05:20Eight years ago, the Houthis have launched a missile at Aramco.
05:26And we had requested all these GCC-3 countries – Bahrain, Kuwait and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
05:33And we had some important meetings with their ministers and their responsible people over there.
05:42We met the Shura Council in Saudi Arabia.
05:46And then we had a two-hour-long meeting with the present MOS Foreign Affairs Minister, Mr. Adil Jubeir.
05:54And then in Bahrain, we had an important meeting over there, and then Kuwait also, with the Shura Council and a Deputy Prime Minister.
06:06So all in all, I say that all of us have tried our best, and hopefully, inshallah, it should have an effect on what these MPs who are representing India,
06:19who had come from different parts of the country, representing different religions, following different religions.
06:25So, hopefully, we hope that this will have a positive effect.
06:30In Algeria, we had spoken about the black decade which Algeria had from the 90s to 2000.
06:38Nearly 50,000 people were killed in Algeria because of terrorism.
06:42So we told them that Algeria has been a victim.
06:45India is now a victim of terrorism being sponsored and perpetrated by Pakistan.
06:50And lastly, we had told in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia that in 2022, I think so, Saudi Arabia had given some $2 billion.
06:58Then they renewed a loan of some $13 billion recently.
07:05And IMF giving $2 billion.
07:10Pakistan going to World Bank asking for some loan over there.
07:14So we had requested them and explained to them that what is the monitoring of all these funds.
07:22This money is going to Pakistani army.
07:24This money is not being used to develop Pakistan, to eradicate polio over there, to eradicate poverty over there,
07:30to bring down unemployment, to bring down the out-of-school children in Pakistan.
07:36This money is going directly with the army and then it goes to terrorist organizations who are targeting India.
07:41So we hope and expect that because this Middle East, North Africa – Middle East, North Africa, FATF, they are part of it.
07:53Hopefully, now it is responsibility of our government to bring Pakistan into this FATF and these four countries have played a very important role.
08:02Sir, during your visit, a briefing of – briefing for a national about Operation Sindhul and Pakistan Rose.
08:12What was the reception you got from the other countries and was India's stand at MAP?
08:19Well, we went to Bahrain – Bahrain, Kuwait, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Algeria – all these countries were definitely worried about terrorism.
08:34They had given some strong statements against what happened in Pahlgaam.
08:39And in some places – in some places, they said, why don't we talk to Pakistan?
08:45We explained to them that when 26-11 happened, our investigators went to Pakistan, gave them DNA samples of those terrorists which were killed by our brave forces.
08:58We told them how we caught alive Najmal Qasab.
09:02We gave them audio recordings given to us by the Western intelligence or by our own intelligence, wherein some operators were sitting in Pakistan and directing them to kill Indians in Mumbai.
09:18But nothing moved.
09:20We explained to them Pathan court – when the Pathan court attack happened at our air base,
09:25we had reminded them that no country in the world would allow another country's spy agency to come to their air base.
09:34Nothing moved.
09:36We gave them all the examples of – but Pakistan initially denies it.
09:41Then later on says, oh, yeah, the ifs and buts are there.
09:44So we had explained to them that we had attacked nine places which are proscribed organizations under the United Nations.
09:52Then in turn we had to attack because they were attacking our civilians.
09:57And we had also reminded them that this Pakistan claims is false boogie of it being a Muslim country.
10:06At many places I had reminded them that there are 240 million Muslims living in India.
10:11So this argument of Pakistan is completely wrong.
10:15You can say that there are differences between two countries, but to take this claim of Muslims or Islam is completely wrong.
10:22So hopefully we hope the meetings were quite successful in our opinion.
10:27We had given them the exact scenario of what happened in Pahlgam and how on the basis of religion people were shot dead by the terrorists who had come from Pakistan,
10:38who were part of LET, which is a new name – which has a new name called Resistance Front.
10:43And hopefully, inshallah, we hope that this will resonate with their leadership and they will not only condemn but ensure that in future Pakistan does not indulges in promoting terrorism in India.
10:58We hope that Pakistan will be brought back into FATF.
11:03We reminded them about one particular case of Sajid Mir.
11:07Now, till Pakistan was not brought in FATF, Pakistan was saying Sajid Mir is dead.
11:14Now, who is Sajid Mir?
11:15Sajid Mir was the main conspirator designer of 2611.
11:20When Pakistan was brought in FATF, an important meeting was being held in Germany, immediately Pakistan informed FATF, Sajid Mir is alive.
11:30You were denying his existence and suddenly you bring a person who is dead, alive.
11:35And then we had also informed that when this country said, why don't you speak to them, talk to them.
11:41I said, what happened with 2611?
11:44Some people were convicted not in terrorism but in money laundering.
11:50So India is a very strong case against Pakistan.
11:53This is what all of us have tried to impress upon their – all these four countries' leadership, their important ministers, ambassadors, think tanks which you had met.
12:03Sir, you have advocated for Pakistan to be reinstated on the FATF, Financial Action Task Force, Great Least.
12:14What measures do you believe are necessary to ensure compliance and corrupt terror finance in Pakistan?
12:22You see, these four countries which this Group 1 had went to, in 2018 they have helped us.
12:31They helped India in bringing back Pakistan to bring Pakistan to FATF.
12:35No one objected at that time.
12:38And Middle East, North Africa Task Force, they are part of this.
12:42So we require their help when India starts this whole process of bringing Pakistan to FATF.
12:48And I think so we have a very good case because all these people, this Pakistan have indulged in terrorism.
12:58And the root cause of terrorism is illegal money.
13:01This is how money goes to all these terrorist organizations.
13:05And now after visit of not only our group but seven groups have gone to different countries,
13:11hopefully this will be of great help to India in bringing Pakistan back in Great Least because we need to monitor.
13:19Now today they got a loan of what, 800 million Hawaiian Development Bank.
13:24Where are their revenues?
13:26Their revenues are 10-11 percent.
13:28We had told these four countries that a form of polio exists only in two countries in the world.
13:35One is Afghanistan, second is Pakistan.
13:38You have 23 million children out of school of age of 6 and 12, 40 percent poverty.
13:46Where is this money going?
13:48We have nothing against the people living over there, but their government, their deep state,
13:54their ISI, their self-promoted terrorist organizations are indulging in terrorism.
14:02And Pakistan has become an epicenter of takfirism.
14:07Sir, what do you think of Rahul Gandhi's statement claiming Trump called PM Modi and said Narendra surrenders?
14:15Well, I think so. His party is competent enough to reply to him.
14:21But my initial reaction after that cessation of shelling and firing was that
14:27our government should have announced that cessation, not the U.S. president,
14:34because he is not the political head of our country.
14:39That has been my stand and that continues to be my stand.
14:43And other part of a question, another party can answer.
14:49But I would definitely say that we were successful in damaging nine airfields of Pakistan.
15:00Our air defense succeeded in thwarting Pakistan's old drones and aircraft.
15:05And we were successful in Pakistan, starting from border areas of Gujarat to Rajasthan to Punjab to Jammu Kashmir on 8th and 9th, I think so.
15:20Our air defense system worked very well.
15:22And I am proud of my defense forces for what they have done in protecting Indian lives.
15:29And I hope that in the coming parliament monsoon session, the government must have a debate on Pahalgam.
15:38We must fix accountability on Pahalgam incident.
15:45If the Modi government tomorrow says, oh, it's a very sensitive issue, we cannot debate it,
15:50then the rules and procedure of parliament allows the government to have a discussion,
15:55a debate on a sensitive subject in camera.
15:58You are also demanding the special session.
16:00I don't think the special session will be called.
16:04Listen to me.
16:06Special session, I don't know whether the government will agree.
16:09They have already announced the dates today, starting from what, 12 July till, from July to August.
16:14So there is not, I don't, they will say we have announced a monsoon session.
16:19Now bulletin will be issued, notification will be issued by the President of India.
16:22But in this forthcoming monsoon session, we must have a debate on Pahalgam.
16:29Why was there a security lapse?
16:32Who is accountable for it?
16:34What is our deterrence policy?
16:36This will be our main demand in the forthcoming monsoon session.
16:39Sir, your party is proposing to face the Bihar election as a part of Mahagadwandan.
16:46Why have you taken this decision?
16:48What term are you putting?
16:49Also in 2022, hadn't your MLA defeated to Algeria?
16:55Well, this is a decision that has been taken by our Bihar unit.
16:59Let us see what happens.
17:00I cannot comment on it.
17:01It's too early.
17:02Let us see what happens.
17:02But this question will be answered by Mr. Akhtar Uliman, who is our President, who is the MLA of our party.
17:13Let us see what happens.
17:14It's too decided what happens, sir.
17:15No, we have decided that we have a lot of decided.
17:18Now what you have asked us, we will see what happens.
17:21What happens?
17:51Group 1, which is the head of Jai Panda, member of parliament, I will also say that I will be very happy with all the concerns of these four countries, when we were there, and all the leadership of them, and all of them, and all of them have been given.
18:12We all have on our own behalf, and will encourage us to agree with you, and to help us to make you make a decision, that we are a victim of terrorism, that is the public of Pakistan sponsored.
18:27and we have to keep them in the same way,
18:31whether it's a suicide bomb, our parliament attack,
18:3626-11,
18:38in Delhi,
18:41in the bombing,
18:43in the PULWAMA,
18:45in the same way.
18:47So we have to keep them in the same way.
18:49And we have to keep them in the same way.
18:50TRF Resistance Front is a new organization.
18:53This is a new 22 April.
18:55We have told them that this is a new name of the L.E.T. terrorist organization.
19:09And you can see them.
19:12We have told them that they have been a victim of the L.E.T.F. in April.
19:19We have told them that Pakistan has got to be a F.A.T.F. in the L.E.T.F.
19:24because terrorism is burning, is burning and is burning in the illegal money.
19:31We have given the example in 2018 when Pakistan was again in the L.E.T.F.
19:36It was monitoring the entire financial organizations of the L.E.T.F.
19:43We have talked about the response.
19:48We have told them that they are positive.
19:53Some countries have said that you don't have to talk about Pakistan.
19:59We have told them in 2016.
20:01We have told them in 2016.
20:03We have told them that the L.E.T.F.
20:08We have told them that the L.E.T.F.
20:10What happened?
20:12We have told them that the L.E.T.F.
