Singer Jessie J has revealed she has been diagnosed with “early breast cancer” - prompting an outpouring of support from celebrity friends.The Price Tag singer said she plans on undergoing surgery following her performance at this month’s Summertime Ball.

00:04I want to, but there's lots of opinions outside and

00:06knowing that the media are going to make this way bigger than it needs to be,

00:11but also knowing that I want to share it with my fans and the people that care about me.

00:15And also I'm a sharer.

00:17I've always shared everything that I go through in my life.

00:20Before No Secrets came out, I was diagnosed with early breast cancer.

00:24I'm highlighting the word early.

00:26Cancer sucks in any form, but I'm holding on to the word early.

00:30I have been in and out of tests throughout this whole period.

00:33I just wanted to be open and share it.

00:36One, because selfishly I do not talk about it enough.

00:39I'm not processing it because I'm working so hard.

00:42I also know how much sharing in the past has helped me with other people,

00:47giving me their love and support and also their own stories.

00:50I'm an open book.

00:51It breaks my heart that so many people are going through so much similar and worse.

00:57That's the bit that kills me.

01:00I just want to let you guys know it wasn't something I'd planned.

01:06But yeah, I'm getting to keep my nipples.

01:09That's good.

01:10It's a weird topic and a weird situation.

01:13And I know that the press are going to say crazy stuff.

01:16But you know what?

01:17To get diagnosed with this as I'm putting out a song called No Secrets right before a song called Living My Best Life,

01:25which was all pre-planned before I found out about this.

01:28I mean, you can't make it up.

01:30It's a very dramatic way to get a boob job.

01:32I am going to disappear for a bit after summertime ball to have my surgery.

01:37And I will come back with massive tits and more music.
