00:00hi guys welcome back to my channel today I am making a super refreshing summer
00:04drink homemade Ampanna using raw mangoes it is not just my favorite it's a hot
00:10summer favorite for everyone and every time I try to buy it for the past two
00:15years the shopkeeper would say sorry it's out of stock so I thought why not
00:19make it at home based on the taste I remembered I added my own twist and now
00:24it's my family favorites this is actually my third time I'm making it
00:29so let's begin I took a few raw mangoes and some green chilies you can also use
00:35chili powder but I use fresh chili since my mom prefer it I peel them mangoes
00:41before boiling it keeps things cleaner and of course being Indian we wash
00:46everything first these are cancha meat here easy to eat raw and super soft so I
00:52remove the seeds before boiling here I want to add one thing that is there are
00:58two types of style in Ampanna's if you are aiming for a Punjabi style Ampanna just
01:05add roasted cumin that is jeera powder or if you want the Gujarati style add a bit of
01:11alaichi that is cardamon or a few strand of kesar that is saffron in place of
01:15roasted cumin here I didn't follow anything because I want to recreate that market
01:21style Ampanna now boil the mangoes I use a pressure cooker with one cup of water for
01:32four to five vessel boiling time eight to ten minutes let it cool down completely
01:44now it's time for the masalas salt black salt black black pepper half a teaspoon of jal jeera half a
02:05teaspoon of chat masala one foot teaspoon of Amchur and half a cup of sugar blend it
02:15all and your Ampanna concentrate is ready if it's thick add few spoon while making
02:23the drink if it's thin and more concentrated par glass I'm so sorry I got so
02:29excited I drank the final glass without recording it used four to six spoon in
