00:00Day one, Enzo's feeding journey. I don't believe babies need baby food. Babies can

00:06eat the foods we eat in a baby safe preparation. By the 1950s, the average

00:13age of introducing solid food to babies is six weeks of age. So it's gonna feed

00:18him before we do some solids. Every single parent is feeling some kind of

00:25anxiety with starting solids. Research shows that 50% of children that are

00:32neurotypical struggle with some kind of a feeding problem. I mean he's eating sticks.

00:36The reality is in the United States more than 90% of physicians have never taken a

00:40dedicated nutrition class. They're doing the best that they can but I think

00:44they're giving parents incorrect information about when to start solids,

00:47what should be the first food. We seem to think that when babies started solid foods

00:52they somehow lost that ability to know their own appetite and to be able to
