Here in Yanfolila in southern Mali, Barry Sedebe created the soilless crop system to feed his livestock.

We put the corn seeds in a bucket. After 24 hours in water, they start to germinate.

The containers are then placed on shelves and watered for a week, and then the fodder is ready.
