00:03They post funny cop clips and they've made an estimate of $39,923 based on the amount of views that they have gotten in the last 30 days.
00:11Getting paid directly from YouTube shorts which now pays creators around $300 per million views.
00:16And I'm about to put you guys on, so save this.
00:19Step one, find a funny clip of a police officer.
00:21We can do this by following police meme pages on Instagram like this one, or by looking at who was tagged on the short page itself.
00:26Step two, download the clip.
00:28You can do this for totally free by using something called cobalt.tools.
00:31Step three, create a quick script that relates to your clip.
00:34Step four, generate your voice in 11 labs.
00:36I personally like the voice Josh, but you can use whatever one you want.
00:39Step five, put it all together in CapCut.
00:41And then you should have something that looks like this.
00:43This woman was pulled over by her husband, so when she realized it was him, she started making fun of him.
00:48I've dropped a more in-depth tutorial in my free Discord showing you how to do this.
00:52If you want to join the Discord, check the link in my bio.
