00:28Listen, it's been a while since we've seen you back here at Fight Pass Invitational. How's it feel to be back on the mats and get another win?

00:34Yeah, it feels great. I've been out with a back injury. That's how you know that I'm getting old, right?

00:37You start hurting your back when you're in your 30s. And yeah, I'm just happy I'm able to train again.

00:42Happy that I'm able to compete again. And yeah, I just want to see how much longer I can go before I'm in a wheelchair or something like that.

00:49Well, you probably hurt your back putting the weight of Team Sonnen on your shoulders.

00:51But listen, you're a guy, you've competed against some of the best guys in the world here.

00:55You've called for some big matches. I want to give you this opportunity. Is there anybody that you want to compete against here?

01:00Is there anybody that you have in mind? Do you got a name going on in your brain right now?

01:03Yeah, I feel good at 205. I think I'm the best 205-er in the world.

01:16Oh, yeah. I went for the back here. And he got out. I went for the arm.

01:24Yeah, I was trying to get to the back. That was my goal. And then he turned. He defended well.

01:29He ended up in the closed guard. And I'm really comfortable in the closed guard as well.

01:33This submission, I think it's called an Imanari. It's where you have an omoplata.

01:37Then you finish kind of with like a choke over the face.

01:40So that's one of my favorite submissions. So I'm glad I was able to hit it here tonight.
