A Stars staple since 2009, Jamie Benn is one of the best players in franchise history, but is his time in Dallas done? He's out of contract and it might be time for the two parties to go their separate ways. If Benn does leave Dallas this summer, who will replace him as team captain? 01:30and so can i tell you that's one of my hesitations to bring him back is if you were like what if he

01:37would come back on like a one year 2.5 million dollar deal like i hear you on that but he's still

01:43going to take up 15 minutes of ice time if you tell me that you're going to give him a vet minimum

01:49and he knows that he's going to go out there eight minutes yeah or maybe even less than that then i

01:54would be willing to listen to that but that feels like that might not be what he wants and it does

01:59feel like it would be somewhat disrespectful from the stars if that's how they went through it without

02:04everybody being on the same page if everybody is on the same page about all of this then that kind

02:09of changes the dynamic
