00:00Mona is a kids-friendly hotel as they provide flexibility and check-in and check-out time

00:13upon request. The staff in the breakfast always smiling and trying to help up. The staffs at the

00:19lobby are great as well, we feel very welcome during our stay. That's washing machine at level

00:248, which is a big help to us for the laundry. That's complimentary snack bar at the lobby,

00:29each time we're too cold from outside, always feeling good to grab a cup of hot chocolate

00:34slash coffee slash tea, and fresh popcorn making throughout the day. Both adults and kids are

00:39happy with Mona. Highly recommended. This hotel is magnificent. The staff is very polite and

00:45helpful. They are multilingual. The hotel offers lots of free snacks, fabulous. It has a jacuzzi,

00:52so special. The room is superb, with a little balcony, we had breakfast looking at the lake.

00:58The breakfast fuffet was so delicious, huge variety and nutritional. The view of the lake

01:03from the rooms are so amazing, priceless. It has a little marina to take a boat for a ride

01:08on Lake Geneva. An amazing restaurant offering delicious dishes. The early check-in and late

01:13check-out is very helpful. It gave me time to go to the lake and take a swim to go back

01:18and get ready to return to Paris. Overall, this hotel is the best in the area. The one thing missing

01:24is a swimming pool. I loved it a lot and I highly recommended. Fantastic hotel. Near to Montreux Railway

01:31Station and Lake. Hotel room is big and equipped with aircon as well. Toilet is clean and bright.

01:43waterfront, next to everything. Very helpful staff, great location and facilities by the lake.

01:49We had one night stay at Mona and we loved its location by the lake with stunning view.

01:54Conveniently walked to nearby cafes or sightseeing. The Montrono was on the path below the hotel,

02:00super close and convenient. Lobby also provided coffee slash popcorn for the guests.

02:05Very happy with our choice, room was neat and clean, we had balcony lake view, and very quiet in the

02:11morning, wish we could stay longer. This was a wonderful place to stay. The room had everything you

02:17needed, was a good size and had a beautiful view. The hotel was located perfectly to explore Montreux,

02:23and in close proximity to the rail station. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful.

02:28Would definitely stay again. Amazing hotel. Great location, clean, good infrastructure,

02:35friendly staff and very close to everything. We will get back for sure. Parking is a pain and

02:40expensive. We were without any luggage all four days. Desk staff was highly variable in their help.

02:46Some were sympathetic and helpful, others did not care. Food was excellent. Breakfast is well worth

02:52the price, as was the restaurant in the basement. The lobby outlook and cleanliness and also the

02:57helpfulness of the staff makes everything go wow. However we got a corner room, the room is small and

03:03squeezy and also not that clean. A lot of dirt mark here and there. But staff provide excellent

03:08service and guidance to us on where should we go nearby the hotel. Amazing front office staff and very

03:14good and convenient facilities and rooms. Highly recommend. Beautiful hotel. The panoramic room was

03:20outstanding. Will definitely return. The location was great, right by train station, on the water, walkway,

03:27Christmas market. The property has a very warm and welcoming theme with a very hospitable reception area

03:32with free hot drinks and snacks. Great. So close to the lake in Montreux Christmas market. Lovely hotel. Great location.

03:39Buses and trains and boats. Free travel.
