U.S. President Donald Trump will speak to Chinese President Xi Jinping "soon," according to U.S. officials. It comes after Trump said China wasn't sticking to an agreement the two sides reached in Geneva that de-escalated a growing tariff war. Beijing says it's the U.S. that has violated the agreement by continuing to ramp up restrictions on technology exports to China.
