00:55First, they have to renounce their narrative that the nine-dash line,

01:05a lot of which is even beyond the outer boundaries of the EZ,

01:14as close as 50 kilometers away or 60 kilometers away from our shores,

01:20they have to renounce it as non-negotiable and as indisputable sovereignty and jurisdiction of China.

01:31Secondly, they have to prove beyond all reasonable doubt, good faith.

01:38Third, they have to renounce the use, the subterfuges that they use

01:48in order to try to reshape the international order to one more favorable to them.

02:01Fifth, to stop all nefarious activities to try to subvert our society.

02:07Well, I believe my foreign affairs colleagues are trying their level best to engage China,

02:13but on the defense side, I see what we have seen is that China has to overcome

02:22a deficit of trust and credibility that it has implanted not only in the defense establishment,

02:32but on the ordinary Filipino itself, himself or herself.

03:02So far, we can take 20 months to see China,

03:07who will be facing the least in terms of היping China,

03:09who has reached the number of elections as always in a multiple passports that has been

03:11for the 21st century.
