00:01All individuals are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
00:09Let them know I'm spinning up strikes right now.
00:14Step it up.
00:16Go, go, go!
00:18Out of your stomach!
00:22Don't do the rest of DUI.
00:23That's real stupid of you.
00:25She's inside the washing machine.
00:27You got Winnie the Pooh jacket on.
00:28You're not going to make it in jail, bro.
00:40My name is Deputy Josh Seeley.
00:41I've been with the King County Sheriff's Office for seven years.
00:44And we are working swing shift from 2 to midnight in the city of Birien.
00:48Birien is one of our contract cities.
00:50The city contracts the Sheriff's Office to man a police department essentially.
00:54So, which is why I wear a Sheriff's badge and then I wear police patches that say Birien.
01:00My car says Birien Police in partnership with the King County Sheriff's Office.
01:03So, in Southwest we've got the city of SeaTac, the city of Birien, King County Metro Police.
01:08The Sheriff's Office covers those, their sheriff's deputies as well.
01:13We have the something passed out in a diver seat at Taco Bell.
01:21North or they can start towards that welfare check at Taco Bell.
01:23So, we got reports of a guy passed out behind the wheel at Taco Bell.
01:28Big concerns on this is, is he, you know, under the influence of something or is he having a medical emergency or is he just napping?
01:35We don't know.
01:36We're going to head there, we're going to wait for a couple more cars and we're going to pin it in.
01:52Basically, using our vehicle to block its motion.
01:55We're just pulling up here.
02:06We're actually going to wait for another car before we make our way in.
02:14So, we'll wait here for one more marked vehicle.
02:17Our main concern is if he's DUI and he gets a mobile and starts driving.
02:31We have a bigger issue, danger, if I'd like to.
02:33So.
02:34He has it right now.
02:35It looks like he might be waking up, too.
02:36I can go from there.
02:37He's pulling me out now.
02:38I'm going southbound to the parking lot.
02:41I'm going to come out to the south.
02:42I'm going to put you.
02:43You guys can block him in.
02:44We'll block a nice spot.
02:45Go.
02:46Yep.
02:50We're here in the westbound.
02:51I'm going to put you.
03:02Go, go, go!
03:03Get on the ground!
03:04Stop!
03:05You're going to get tased!
03:06Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!
03:07Give her your hands now!
03:08Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!
03:09Give her your hands now!
03:10Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow, ow!
03:11Grab your taser.
03:12Here, here, ow.
03:13Got him?
03:14Yep.
03:15Let's see your arm.
03:16There you go.
03:17There you go.
03:18Good?
03:19Good.
03:20Bring it back.
03:21I'll get the old right there.
03:22Good?
03:23Okay.
03:24Good.
03:25Good.
03:26Bring it back.
03:27I'll get the old right there.
03:28Good?
03:29Good.
03:30Okay.
03:31Good.
03:32Good.
03:33Good.
03:34What's your name?
03:35Is there somebody at the car?
03:36Uh, I think Sarge is back there.
03:37Oh, Sarge's right there.
03:38There you go.
03:39Cool.
03:40That was real stupid of you.
03:42Yeah.
03:43Do you like ramming cop cars?
03:44Is that what you like doing?
03:45Or what do the lights and sirens mean?
03:47Do they mean put it in reverse, Terry?
03:49Or do they mean?
03:50No.
03:51Do they mean stop?
03:52Okay.
03:53Go ahead and secure your taser.
03:54You going?
03:55Yep.
04:00That was real stupid of you.
04:02You know that?
04:03Spread your feet.
04:05You got any weapons on you?
04:08No.
04:09Do you have an ID on you?
04:10It's probably the guy from last time.
04:11Probably.
04:12So he had a box knife on him.
04:13He jumped it.
04:14There's like a meth bong in there.
04:15A couple other things.
04:16Do you want to get these taser probes real quick on your camera?
04:17Yeah.
04:18You don't have our fishing wire here.
04:19I have two deployed here.
04:20Oh, you did too?
04:21Yeah.
04:22I think one did.
04:23These are some of our taser probes that were deployed.
04:28You need two of them to connect to complete a circuit for what's cool.
04:31We call neuromuscular incapacitation, which is essentially that body lockup you see when
04:34you watch videos of people getting tased.
04:35Could you be able to do that?
04:36Yeah.
04:37I don't know.
04:38I don't know.
04:39I don't know.
04:40I don't know.
04:41I don't know.
04:42I don't know.
04:43I don't know.
04:44I don't know.
04:45I don't know.
04:46I don't know.
04:47I don't know.
04:48Yeah.
04:49I don't know.
04:50I'm not sure.
04:51We're go to the car.
04:52Which is essentially that body lockup you see when you watch videos of people getting
04:54tased.
04:55Could you be able to take another test for you?
04:56Can you stand up?
04:57Yeah, I'm going to have you take a step over here, OK?
04:58Uh, currently, uh, our partners are doing their investigation for the DUI part of this.
04:59Being passed out behind the wheels kind of abnormal in a parking lot at, you know,
05:04three in the afternoon.
05:05So we had a pretty strong suspicion it's probably gonna be a DUI.
05:08There's like a bong in there.
05:09It's been maybe modified for smoking things other than marijuana.
05:12I think it pulled us to DUI DVIAL, IIL, and then breathless by the back.
05:15Perfect.
05:16Yeah.
05:17The male we have in custody here is going to be under arrest for driving under the influence as well as an ignition interlock requirement violation, as well as a hit and run.
05:25He has a warrant for his arrest out of a nearby city, but currently he's going to go down to the precinct.
05:31The deputy is going to go ahead and apply for a search warrant for blood, send it off to a judge.
05:35If the judge approves, he'll go down to the hospital and have his blood drawn as part of our investigation.
05:40Then he'll be booked in the SCORE jail, which is just south of Burien here.
05:43It's a successful capture. It's another drunk driver or high driver off the streets. He's not going to be in need for anybody else.
05:49Yeah, there's like no real damage to your car either.
05:52No, no, it's just a bump.
05:54You pop that back in?
05:55Yeah.
05:56Nice.
05:57It'll buff out.
05:58Just gives it some street cred.
05:59Yeah.
06:02I checked every bedroom, every closet, every bathroom. We checked everything. We even checked the attic.
06:08She's inside the washing machine.
06:10Hey, all three, sit down. Sit down.
06:12Sit down now. Sit down. Do you understand what I'm saying?
06:15Keep your hands where I can see them.
06:17Turn around. Don't reach for nothing.
06:20No.
06:21Hey, hey, hey, man.
06:22I'm Deputy Guzman, Brevard County Sheriff's Office. As you can see, I'm working the road.
06:43We still have a female crying and a lot of verbal in the background. Sounds possibly physical. It's been upgraded to priority one.
06:51It's still on open line.
06:52Right now, we're in route to a battery. Well, at first it started as a 911 open line. They just said they could hear somebody whispering in the background. And so usually those are not like too big of a deal. We get people call 911 by accident all the time.
07:04But it's changed once they started hearing her crying and whispering that he should go to jail for what he did.
07:09But then it got upgraded because then it sounded like it was physical and now there's a lot of verbal in the background.
07:16So it just goes to show sometimes a lot of these...
07:19Yeah, a lot of these whatever calls can sometimes really upgrade and turn it into something real.
07:25Possibly sounds like the genome said I can't breathe. Unknown for sure is just what it sounded like.
07:34Just behind that house.
07:35You got eyes?
07:48Sounds like they walked away from the phone. We can hear you guys knocking on the door, though.
07:53All right, except for at this time, we're not having anyone open up the door. We think it may be exigent if she said she can't breathe and no one's answering.
07:59We had to kick this door down.
08:01They're in the kitchen.
08:02Oh, yeah?
08:03Yeah.
08:03I was watching a walk in the back. It looks like there's a back bedroom.
08:06Okay, we're going to break the thing down.
08:16Sheriff's office, open the door. We'll break it down.
08:19Show us your hands.
08:20Come outside.
08:20Come outside right now.
08:21Right now.
08:22Outside.
08:23All right, get the out.
08:25Okay, shut the up. Where are they?
08:28Ma'am.
08:29Who else is in there? What other person is in there?
08:31My dog is in the cave.
08:32I'm talking about people, not dogs.
08:33Okay, it's my dog.
08:35People.
08:36Ma'am, you outside.
08:36There is not. There is my dog.
08:38We're 10-12 with one.
08:43Come here.
08:45Right now, you're just detained, all right?
08:49Sheriff's office, if you're outside, make yourself known now.
08:51Make yourself known.
08:53If you're up there, make yourself known now.
08:54I haven't located her yet, but she either booked it from the property or she's somewhere else.
09:06So I'm going to go re-scan with him, but I checked every bedroom, every closet, every bathroom, even the shed in the backyard.
09:12We checked everything.
09:13I don't think we even checked the attic, but we're going to go re-scan one more time.
09:16101.
09:19Have a canine if you want to.
09:20Come on, get out.
09:20Hands up.
09:21Come on, hands up.
09:22Hands up.
09:23Hands up.
09:25Just in case.
09:25I know.
09:26Just please.
09:27Okay.
09:28Stand up.
09:30Stand up for me.
09:31She's inside the washing machine.
09:33Hey, why cancel?
09:34Why cancel, Charlie?
09:34Yeah.
09:35Oh, nice.
09:35318.
09:37We're 10-12 with the females hiding inside the washing machine.
09:39You can cancel, can't I?
09:41I didn't call the police.
09:41You didn't call the police?
09:42No, I swear to God.
09:43So why would you hide?
09:44Why were you hiding?
09:45Because you guys were banging on the door.
09:47Okay, we got a 911.
09:49We don't have a thing going on in the court right now, so, you know.
09:51Okay, so why was your phone connected to 911?
09:54Come on, sir.
09:55I did not call the police.
09:57Last four of your phone number again?
10:00It's her phone number.
10:01Oh, hey.
10:03It's just everything that was happening on the line.
10:05When it was called.
10:07I don't know when it was called, so I can't tell you what was happening on the line.
10:12We are okay.
10:12We love each other.
10:13I was scared that he was going to get in trouble, which is why.
10:16I went to the washer.
10:17I don't want him in trouble.
10:18Why would he be in trouble?
10:20I don't know.
10:20I just...
10:21All right, she, no doubt, if she's saying that, there's probably an injunction or no contact order.
10:25All right, let's look him up on Becca.
10:27So there's a case that is Travis was the offender, domestic battery by strangulation,
10:32and battery domestic violence, bond conditions, no contact with victim, no return to victim residence.
10:39So?
10:41She has indicated she wishes to have no contact order lifted, does not fear for her safety from
10:45and also indicated she intends to complete a drop charge affidavit in the caption matter.
10:52Case is pending.
10:53So why are you over here if you know you got a no contact order?
11:00I'm not in contact with her.
11:01Why do you think I'm in the same house with her?
11:03I'm not.
11:04So we just found her in there.
11:05That is solely my house, sir.
11:08And she's in there.
11:09Okay, but I don't know where she lives.
11:11That doesn't matter.
11:12She's with you.
11:13She doesn't live with you.
11:14She doesn't have to live with you.
11:15I didn't live with you.
11:16She can hang out with five seconds with you, and that's it, you're cooked.
11:18I've been sitting on the couch.
11:20I went to bed.
11:21But we were not anywhere close to one another.
11:25And you came out of the house, and she was inside the house.
11:27I was leaving the house because we're not, I'm not, I am not trying to get myself into
11:32trouble, sir.
11:33You were trying to leave?
11:34I am trying to leave.
11:35That's all I've been trying to do.
11:36But I thought you said you were asleep.
11:38I was asleep, and when I heard it, when I found it, when everything just went on,
11:42all I tried to do was leave, sir.
11:44That's all I tried to do.
11:46So how'd she get inside the house?
11:47She still has my keys.
11:49So should we charge her for burglary because she walked in there?
11:52I don't want to charge her with anything.
11:53I don't want to get her in trouble either.
11:55Nobody wants to be in trouble.
11:56Neither one of us.
11:58Okay, but I mean, somebody's going to have to be in trouble because either you violated
12:01a no-contact order or she burglarized a household.
12:04I'm not violating, and she's not burglarizing.
12:06Nobody is doing anything wrong.
12:08I appreciate you talking.
12:09I'll be right back, okay?
12:10Knocked on the door, and they freaked out.
12:15They didn't know what to do, and so she decided she was going to go hide in the washer,
12:18and he was just going to play dumb.
12:20There's just no debating it.
12:22A violation of the old day, no-contact order.
12:24How long have you guys been seeing each other?
12:25Um, just recently.
12:26I just moved in.
12:28I love him.
12:30I'm good.
12:30You know?
12:31But you see, it's a situation, okay?
12:33Is it really, though?
12:34It is.
12:34It really is.
12:35He's going to have to go to jail.
12:37Listen, yeah.
12:37He's going to have to go to jail because he's violating a pretrial release program.
12:41But at the end, it's also outside of our hands.
12:43We don't have discretion with this because the judge has ordered this.
12:45But I'm going to start heading out, okay?
12:47All right.
12:48Okay.
12:50The issue that we're having is that she's alleging that she didn't call us,
12:53that it was all a lie.
12:55If we don't have cooperation from the victim,
12:57I need some sort of injuries to provide probable cause, right?
13:00Because let's say if she said, no, nothing happened, that's all BS.
13:04But the call says that, yeah, she was getting hurt,
13:06and then I see something on her neck or I see a bruise.
13:08I love you, Travis.
13:09Jesus.
13:10I love you.
13:11I love you, too, babe.
13:13It would have been all, you know, probable cause is there,
13:15but there's nothing for that.
13:17I love you.
13:18He's normally paralyzed from Wakestone.
13:28He crawled himself over there.
13:31He's dealing.
13:33Open this time.
13:34Yeah.
13:34We're heading to the, uh, pretty much the county line.
13:58That there's an accident with injuries that a male soldier is trapped inside of a black and colored sedan.
14:05But EMS and fire is around to it also.
14:07I'm waiting on a minute to come back.
14:30Hey, how you doing, ma'am?
14:31Can you tell me what happened?
14:33Huh?
14:34I'm driving down, I'm driving down the road.
14:35I'm driving down the road.
14:38Where's stretch, where's you going?
14:42Move on now.
14:43We're going towards the right step.
14:49This is, I said, 434.
14:51Hey, how you doing?
14:53Is this the driver of the vehicle?
14:55He's normally paralyzed from Wakestone.
14:57He crawled himself over there.
14:59All right, Mr. .
15:00What happened?
15:01I was trying to turn around.
15:02You're turning around right up here?
15:05OK, so you're going this way and trying to turn around.
15:08And then the other car was going that way.
15:10All right.
15:16Spy attack.
15:17I can smell alcohol coming from the vehicle right now.
15:20So I'm about to think he's possibly DUI,
15:23and he was causing an accident.
15:24So I'm going to see what's going on there.
15:26Is how much of y'all drink tonight, my man?
15:27I just bought one from the store.
15:30He's DUI.
15:33Oh, OK.
15:34Yeah.
15:42So the gentleman here said that he had one drink.
15:47With even one drink, he can still get you as a DUI.
15:51One drink is not worth it.
15:52Go ahead and call yourself an Uber or wait about three hours.
15:54I don't want to move you one time.
15:58I don't want to move you one time.
16:00I can't try to do it.
16:01I can't.
16:02I can't.
16:03I have to make another tight seal around it.
16:05Take a deep breath in.
16:06OK.
16:07Now blow into it.
16:14You do realize you're under arrest for DUI at the moment,
16:17all right?
16:18So I went ahead and gave him my alcohol sensor testing.
16:20I can't perform any other testing right now
16:22due to the one airbags have been deployed,
16:24and plus he's paralyzed from the waist down.
16:25I'm going to try to .
16:28So V2, the driver V2, is getting transported to the hospital
16:31now.
16:32She's having severe problems with her legs and everything,
16:34and the way the point of the impact of the vehicle happened,
16:36it happened right where the legs are at.
16:38.
16:39The driver that's DUI, he is right now
16:41considered as under arrest.
16:42All right.
16:43I'm ready to get this sheet behind you, OK,
16:44so we can lift you.
16:45OK.
16:46But I'm not going to proceed to take him to jail tonight,
16:48because he does need to go to the hospital to get medically cleared,
16:51and stuff like that.
16:52So I'm going to issue all his citations to him, which
16:55is going to be further yield on a left turn.
16:57His registration's expired also, and plus his DUI.
17:00So I'm going to write all three of those citations,
17:02give him copies.
17:03Later down the road, once he shows up to court,
17:05then the courts will make him go to the jail
17:06and put himself in.
17:13Black shirt, logo, black pants, black shoes.
17:17It's all black, white, male, thin, sprayer.
17:31Hi.
17:34Hi, there.
17:36I'm Officer Cochran.
17:396-3-1-3.
17:40I'm out with him.
17:42Did you just steal those?
17:44Yeah.
17:44Why?
17:46The reason doesn't matter.
17:48The reason doesn't matter?
17:49There's a huge spider by you on your left.
17:54If you don't like spiders, it's ginormous.
17:57All right, why'd we steal the beer?
17:59Like, do we not have a way of paying, or what?
18:01I don't.
18:02OK, OK.
18:03I need you to come out here and take a seat on the whatever
18:06this is for me.
18:11You might as well grab the beer.
18:14Go ahead and take a seat.
18:15Thanks for being cool.
18:17Oh, yeah.
18:17I love you.
18:18Go for it.
18:19I'm not stuck to me.
18:20Yeah.
18:21Were you able to get a photo or anything from it?
18:23No, I haven't gone there.
18:24Yeah, that'd be great.
18:24Cool.
18:25Are we living on the street, or are we just stealing for fun?
18:28You are?
18:29OK.
18:30Is that just a normal thing for you?
18:33I would say it's not unheard of.
18:38OK.
18:38No, it's not a normal thing.
18:40OK.
18:41It's not something I like to do.
18:42It's not something I would do if I had money.
18:45Yeah.
18:47Where are you staying?
18:48I was going to say, man.
18:50You're not even staying at the warming shelter or nothing?
18:54Why not?
18:54Have you checked it out?
18:56Issues with it?
18:57It's amazing.
18:58I just don't close.
18:59OK.
19:01I was going to say, you seem like a really chill, calm dude.
19:04I feel like you wouldn't have an issue staying there.
19:06It's a sleep issue.
19:08I don't sleep blue.
19:10Or I can't fall asleep.
19:11Too many people there.
19:13Are you staying sober besides the alcohol?
19:17No.
19:17No?
19:18OK.
19:19Have you tried to get treatment for it?
19:22Yeah.
19:23Yeah?
19:24I didn't really try, though.
19:26Are you interested in trying?
19:29Yeah.
19:30All right.
19:31Just hang out here, OK?
19:35That is him.
19:38Hey.
19:38So camera sees him.
19:40Literally hold it up.
19:41And he admitted everything.
19:43Perfect.
19:43It's like 15 bucks.
19:46Management says, I can take it back.
19:48Do you want?
19:50I can bring it back, too.
19:52I'm almost done with this.
19:53I'll let him know he's trespassing with me.
19:55Perfect.
19:55Cool.
19:57Almost done with this.
19:59Perry.
20:00Perry?
20:00Like the show.
20:02Perry the Platypus.
20:04Beaverton Muni Court.
20:08Savannah, there's huge spider webs.
20:11You should be careful.
20:13Before you leave here, we'll try to get you some resources
20:15on where to go.
20:16He wants help.
20:16He wants to get clean.
20:17He's tired of drugs.
20:18That's what we were just chatting about.
20:20You have a phone.
20:21You can scan that QR code, or you can call a number,
20:23speak to someone when you're ready.
20:25Like I said, I know you said you don't stay at the warming
20:28shelters, but sometimes those places are better because they
20:30kind of hold us accountable.
20:32And that QR code is going to help you.
20:34Same with the number.
20:37There are people that actually want to help people.
20:38Just people that have hit rock bottom, that are addicts.
20:41But you got to take that next step.
20:43We can't force you to do it.
20:44We just want you to do it.
20:45We can encourage you to do it.
20:46Sorry about this guy.
20:48You're good.
20:49I actually believe you.
20:50So all right.
20:51Take care of yourself, Perry.
20:53Good luck, Perry.
20:54There was the biggest spider.
20:56Its body was this big.
20:57And I was like, oh, if he runs, I'm not chasing him.
21:01I assumed he either just stopped using drugs or he still did
21:06because his arm was covered in sores and scratches.
21:10So if he just takes the next steps and he contacts them,
21:14he might be able to start getting the help he wants.
21:25Legally, you can get in the best way you can.
21:27If you can get in and let me talk to her, that'd be great.
21:31I'm going to run inside and open the back door.
21:33Oh, you can open the back door with that?
21:35OK.
21:36You got my phone.
21:37You got my phone.
21:38Hey, put that down.
21:39We got our Ohh what.
21:57Right now I'm serving as an FTO.
21:58That's just an additional assignment.
21:59But as an FT, all that means is that sometimes
22:01when trainees come on through, they're assigned to me,
22:03we kind of just get them up to speed.
22:05I think coming into this job, you really have
22:07you're expecting whatsoever and you see the videos online especially is like the rookie who's going
22:11through the academy you're expecting all kinds of wild stuff sometimes we definitely get our
22:15crazy calls but thankfully it's been good in the sense that the community is very supportive here

27:42be a really big case for me fox trace is so vast there's a lot of ways you can run so we're going to
27:47be a little bit cognizant because if we do see the person that's shooting they're probably going to
27:51run there's no description so we're just going to go over there and ride around and see if we see

29:05Look, look.
29:06Be quiet.
29:07Hey, put him on his side.
29:08I think he's got the gun.
29:09I think he's got the gun.
29:12What?
29:13Stand up.

29:22I got you.
29:23I got you.
29:24Yeah, we're going to just detain you for that.
29:26OK, look.
29:27You're not going to jail again.
29:28OK.
29:29I had nothing to do with anything.
29:30Hey, the gun's over here.
29:31The gun's over here.
29:32Have a seat.
29:33Have a seat.
29:34So we were right.
29:35These two were, one of them had the gun.
29:39414 dispatch.
29:40I'm on firearm security.
29:42They were, like, right there.
29:44Can you see if there's any shell casings, like, right there?
29:48Here we got the gun.
29:52There's only one round in the.
29:54Unc, you know these knuckleheads?
29:57I just left still set.
29:58What store did you just lease?
29:59Right there.
30:00So why are you walking around with them?
30:01You do see how it looks, right?
30:02Yeah.
30:03I see how it looks.
30:04I didn't see you act weird.
30:05I didn't see you toss anything.
30:06No, I don't have to.
30:07So I know they too.
30:08Those two are acting weird.
30:09That's why I turned my car around.
30:10You got it.
30:11OK.
30:12We're going to have a seat on the hood of this car.
30:13OK.
30:15Is that a shell casing?
30:18There's a bullet on his dashboard.
30:19If it's the same one, then it's.
30:21Because this is where I cuffed him.
30:23The kid in the back was nervous as hell.
30:25Like, he was nervous.
30:26And they tossed it real quick.
30:29Probably when I was making a turn, he tossed it.
30:31The gun?
30:32The gun over there.
30:33Are you running, Unc?
30:34Are you running, Unc?
30:35He's clean.
30:36Unc!
30:37Come here.
30:39You didn't witness any shots being fired?
30:41No.
30:42I swear I didn't.
30:43I was in the store.
30:44I got a beard and a cigar.
30:451900.
30:46All right, man.
30:47Listen, quit trying to be here.
30:49All right?
30:50I just gotta get my cigar and my beard and go.
30:52Yeah, man.
30:53Just go.
30:54So right now, we're in this little bit of a pickle.
30:56Which one had the gun?
30:58Either one of them could have had it.
30:59There is a shell casing that came out of, I believe,
31:01Quincy's pocket over there.
31:03If they both don't come clean about it,
31:05then they're both going to choke the charge.
31:07Come over here, man.
31:08So who was holding that gun?
31:10Sir, I do not know who owned the gun.
31:12But I know I don't.
31:13I didn't say owned the gun.
31:14I said holding the gun.
31:17Uh, I, uh.
31:18Was it in your possession?
31:19No, sir.
31:20Never been in my possession.
31:21You fingerprint.
31:22My fingerprint would not be on that.
31:23OK.
31:24So if you didn't have it, who had it?
31:26I don't know.
31:27He had it?
31:28OK.
31:29Where was he at when he fired the shots?
31:30Over there by the tail.
31:31It should be like three tails over there.
31:33OK.
31:34I'm sick and tired of seeing you near .
31:36OK?
31:37You're not built like that.
31:38You're going to.
31:39You're really not.
31:40You're going to put yourself in trouble.
31:41These guys out here, man, they reckless.
31:43You got Winnie the Pooh jacket on.
31:45OK?
31:46You're not going to make it in jail, bro.
31:47You're really not.
31:48OK?
31:49Any questions?
31:50No, sir.
31:51Beat it.
31:56Stephen.
31:57What?
31:58He said the rounds are by the chairs.
31:59There's one right there?
32:00OK.
32:01There's going to be another one.
32:02Yeah, CBC.
32:03Yeah.
32:04So that's the CBC.
32:05There's one over there on his person.
32:06So how did one of them get stuck on his person?
32:10Well, he was shooting at the ground.
32:11It just ricocheted off something and just went back.
32:12He was shooting somebody up.
32:13That's crazy.
32:14That's crazy.
32:15Oh, right here.
32:16Found it.
32:17So it seems like exactly what the deputy that called it out over the radio heard.
32:33He said he heard about, I think, four to five shots.
32:36And so far, we've found four shell casings.
32:38We've found a gun.
32:39So all in all, it makes sense.
32:41You can only imagine how dangerous it is just cranking off rounds in an apartment complex like this.
32:45One round goes wayward.
32:47You can die.
32:48Someone can die.
32:49Someone can easily get hit by a straight bullet.
32:52Quincy?
32:53All right, Quincy, look.
32:56You're going to go to jail tonight, OK?
32:58For reckless conduct and possession of firearm by a convicted felon, OK?
33:02Have a good night.
33:04Quincy's going to take the charge.
33:07Felon with a possession of firearm, reckless conduct for firing the things.
33:10We do have the shell casings that match.
33:12So good work.
33:13I'm glad they came to back me up.
33:15Found the gun.
33:16Got the guy.
33:17Got a felon with a firearm.
33:18So it worked out good.
33:20So we're headed to a domestic all on scene.
33:27The complainant's stating that it's a juvenile in the residence.
33:34They're arguing and stuff.
33:35So we're going to get down here and try to make contact with both parties.
33:39Kind of figure out what's going on and help them resolve their issues for at least the night.
33:46302 Dispatch scenario.
33:47Are you going to call?
33:48Are you going to call?
33:49OK, I'm going to step out with you, bro.
33:53So what's going on with you?
33:54Caught up with you, son?
33:55What's going on?
33:56What's going on?
33:57with both parties, kind of figure out what's going on,
34:00and help them resolve their issues for at least the night.
34:04Courier to this much scenario.
34:07Are you going to call?
34:09OK, I'm going to step out with you, bro.
34:15So what's going on?
34:16She's been having crazy since this morning.
34:18I told her to leave me alone with the crazy stuff.
34:20I'm not with it.
34:21OK.
34:23I want to go do some work for a friend down there.
34:24OK.
34:25I'll come back.
34:26She snatched my phone out of my hand, put it in her pocketbook,
34:29go in the house and lock the door and say,
34:30get the hell away from her house.
34:31How long have you been living here?
34:33June 21st.
34:34OK.
34:35Hang tight for me.
34:47Sheriff's office.
34:56She's still in here, right?
34:59OK.
35:03Here's the deal.
35:05Legally, you can get in the best way you can.
35:08If you can get in and let me talk to her, that'd be great.
35:13I advise him that if this is his residence,
35:16he can gain entry to the residence the best way he can possible.
35:20And it's not illegal, as long as it's not
35:22in the heat of a domestic.
35:29Oh, you can open the back door with that?
35:31OK.
35:32Well, when you do, just come around to the front,
35:34and I'm going to try to talk to her, OK?
35:36OK.
36:01You can't unlock it?
36:02I don't have a key, I don't have a key, I don't have a key.
36:05She mad, because he got in.
36:08Where are you at?
36:10He was in the window right there.
36:11He said he don't have a key to open the deadbolt she
36:14put on the door.
36:14Oh.
36:15Yeah.
36:16And she's trying to say he broke into her house.
36:20And they around the side over there arguing.
36:23You go down the side, your back.
36:26Good?
36:26Yeah.
36:27You go down the side to the back.
36:28Yep.
36:30Leave my dog alone.
36:31Leave my dog alone.
36:32Leave my dog alone.
36:32Get your ass here and leave my dog alone.
36:34You don't, y'all don't have no right to be here.
36:36He don't, he don't.
36:37Come on out.
36:38Come on, come on out.
36:39Come on out.
36:40Come on out, go on or not.
36:41You got my phone, she got my phone.
36:43Hey, put that down.
36:44This man is on parole.
36:45He is on crack cocaine right now.
36:46He live here.
36:47OK.
36:48But he live here.
36:48No, he does not.
36:49He does?
36:50He does?
36:51He does.
36:52He does.
36:53Bring me the mail with the address, ma'am.
36:54I don't care what he say, but he ain't going to stay here.
36:56He's going to be extracted from here.
36:58And you're going to go to the front door.
36:59And then you've got to do an eviction.
37:06She said go back to the front door.
37:08So we're about to see.
37:14He ain't staying in here tonight.
37:16Go on out the door.
37:16Get your stuff and go on out the door.
37:18Here you go.
37:19Go on out the door.
37:19You can go on out the door.
37:20I don't want you in my house.
37:21Go on out the door.
37:22Get your stuff and go on out the door.
37:23You can't kick him out if he has residence here.
37:25It doesn't matter.
37:26Yes, it does matter.
37:27I understand what you're saying.
37:28Yes, it does matter.
37:29I'm going to go out and smoke no crack.
37:30And these parole people, listen to me, sir.
37:33The parole people call me.
37:34Then give him an eviction.
37:35Listen, I will give him an eviction.
37:37OK.
37:38You won't get none of that.
37:39You ain't getting none of that.
37:40Because I know what told me what to do.
37:43Because he's going to lock his ass up.
37:45And it ain't in my bag.
37:46It ain't in my bag.
37:48All he got in his room, baby.
37:50Ah, baby, I'm 10 steps to help you.
37:52I'm a ruler.
37:54I'm a ruler.
37:56I'm a ruler.
37:56Oh, you hold it.
37:57Hold that in there.
37:59Oh, my hell.
38:00She tried to push on me and grab on me.
38:04So I grabbed her purse to give it to me.
38:06You don't take my cut.
38:06You don't go in there and take my out of my ruler.
38:08Now I'm cut.
38:09You got my phone in.
38:10You got my phone.
38:11You got my pay card in my piece of .
38:13Do not do that to me.

38:21Damn it.
38:22I got you on camera right here, boy.
38:24You came and grabbed a hold of me and shoved me.
38:26I have a right to defend myself.
38:27Sit down.
38:28I have you on camera right here.
38:30Come here.
38:31I have you on camera right here.
38:33Come here.
38:34I have you on camera right here.
38:35Yeah, I got his ass right here on camera.
38:37Oh, what?
38:38I got your ass on camera right here.
38:40You got the hold of me and try to push me.
38:42That's a lie, baby.
38:43Yeah, you don't go in there and take my .
38:46I'm careful.
38:47I ain't doing nothing.
38:48Let's go.
38:49Let me get my son, though.
38:50Let's go.
38:51Let me get my son.
38:52Let's go.
38:53Hey, man, my dog need to get back in the house.
38:55Get the dog back in the house.
38:55I'll get your dog back in the house,
38:56but we're going to deal with this first.
38:58OK.
38:59If you got no physical, you can take both of them.
39:01Oh, I am.
39:03Both of them going, for sure.
39:06In that situation, I got to go at what I see and what I observe.
39:10They're kind of going back and forth.
39:14I hear kind of a loud boom on the ground.
39:16Then myself begins her pushing on.
39:20We're going down.
39:21I'm seeing you.
39:22Earlier, I witnessed her put her hands on it.
39:25And then she hit the floor when I heard the loud boom.
39:28And then she had blood on her lip.
39:32A small amount, but it's still blood.
39:37So therefore, something physical happened.
39:41And when there's evidence like that,
39:43you really can't make a determination
39:46on who's the primary aggressor, right?
39:49So then in that situation, you take both parties
39:52and you let the court sort that out.
39:53Both of them are going to jail for simple battery family
39:56violence tonight.
39:57That's just the way it goes sometimes.
39:59Sometimes both parties have to go.
