00:00This tournament is actually huge for Burnley Football Club in showcasing our wonderful academy,
00:08now Cat 1 again, and we're happy that it gets bigger and bigger every year, if not solely by
00:15reputation. The reputation is now preceding it, and you see a lot of return teams and clubs from
00:20around Europe, top clubs, and we hope to attract more. And yeah, so it's a perfect event to
00:27showcase our academy. As soon as it ends, we start planning by doing a full breakdown of how it went,
00:33and then we start to look towards the next season or the next tournament and start to send the save
00:39the dates so we can make sure we get on the next calendar. And luckily, those imitations fill up
00:45very quickly. I think it's truly aspirational for these players. I was watching some of the reactions
00:50as they come in, and the jaws just drop, and the gasps, and just pure excitement from the players,
00:56and then the families come and see what we actually provide, and they're totally pleased
01:01and more than satisfied. They're just very happy at the quality of the tournament.
01:05Key element for us here with this tournament is that the reputation of it being the destination
01:10spot for all European clubs, and for all global clubs. We want this to be the Champions League
01:18of all youth tournaments, right? So eventually, we want to grow from 16 teams to 32 teams, and even
01:23add, you know, in the future, add more age groups. But this need, for us, needs to be the top place
01:30for clubs to want to come and play.
