00:05Christine Julian CJ Opiazza of the Philippines. This, a day after the controversial step-down of

00:11India's Rachel Gupta as Ms. Grant International 2024, who cited broken promises, mistreatment,

00:17and a toxic environment. The pageant organizers made the announcement on Thursday, May 29,

00:22through a Facebook post. In a separate statement, MGI said Gupta had been terminated because she

00:28failed to perform her assigned duties. She allegedly took part in external projects without the

00:33organization's approval and refused to join a scheduled trip to Guatemala. Opiazza will be the

00:38first Filipino to hold the title. Her coronation will be on June 3 at MGI Hall in Bangkok and will

00:44be streamed live via GRAND TV on YouTube.
