Tyrese Haliburton admits the Pacers have to learn from their heavy Game 5 defeat to the New York Knicks
Transcript
00:00Yeah, a rough night for me.
00:02I got to be better, setting the tone, getting downhill.
00:05You know, I feel like I didn't do a great job of that.
00:07But I'll watch the film.
00:08There were some different things they did defensively.
00:11But for the most part, I think their base stuff was the same.
00:13They picked up the pressure a little bit more,
00:15tried to apply more as the game went on.
00:17But, yeah, I got to be better, and I'll be better in game six.
00:21But, you know, I'll watch the film and, you know,
00:24learn from it like I always try to do and, you know,
00:27be prepared for game six.
00:28You know, we lost the margin battle today.
00:31You know, I thought they did a better job in the margins.
00:34You know, we turned the ball over too much,
00:36didn't rebound to our ability like we have shown this series.
00:39And when you do those two things against these guys in a game
00:42that comes down to, you know, so many possessions, it's tough.
00:46It's tough.
00:47So we got to be better as a group.
00:48I think our pace has to be better, and that starts with me.
00:50I got to be better there.
