01:30Like, if it's 30 or, I don't know, the neighbors of the other room are super loud, doing whatever, then it's legit to ask for a different room.
01:41If you want to change your room and you ask in German, they're probably even more willing to help you out.
01:46Number seven. Ich habe eine Reservierung. I have a reservation.
01:51Yeah, this is what usually is the case, not like previously when you had to ask if there's any room left.
01:58Usually you have a reservation and then everything works kind of itself.
02:02You just go to the desk, ask, hey, ich habe eine Reservierung.
02:06And then they'll be like, oh, okay, what's your name?
02:09And if you watch my other videos, you will know how to say your name in German.
02:14And then you can check in your hotel, all in German, all good.
02:17And you have a perfect start for your trip.

02:24Yeah, going to a restaurant, you of course want to know what the food offering is before you just order anything.
02:31The waiter comes with the menu.

09:29And, yeah, the driver and the bus always is happy to help you out when you're uncertain about the price.
09:37So just ask him.

09:47Yeah, nowadays this question is not asked so often anymore, because you always do your selfies, right?

09:59But if you want a proper picture maybe of your group with everybody in it and not just this long selfie arm,
10:04then you should ask a stranger on the street, and I told you previously that most Germans are, like, know at least a little English,

10:18That you all want them to take a picture of you.
10:21Good sentence to know if you're traveling alone or with your partner or in a group and you want to have a picture,

10:31Going back home after you travel, you see, clouds are coming back, like, I'm not in this bright sun anymore.

19:44So many people say it by themselves if they don't wanna get too intimate about an issue. If they don't wanna come too close to someone.
19:55So the next one is Halt den Mund. Shut up. So I mean it's not very nice to say to someone Halt den Mund.
20:04Lass mich in Ruhe. Leave me alone. Lass mich in Ruhe means leave me alone. So this one you say if you just wanna be alone by yourself.
20:17If you don't wanna be bothered by anybody. But also if you're angry and maybe had a fight with someone.
20:26And then you just don't wanna continue the fight anymore. You just don't wanna get attacked or offended anymore.
20:33And you say okay just leave me alone. I'll go into my room and please don't disturb or bother me.
20:39Willst du mich veräppeln? Are you kidding me? Willst du mich veräppeln? Are you kidding me?
20:48So actually you don't really say veräppeln. That's not a very common way to say.
20:54Maybe they said it like that many years ago. Or older people might still say veräppeln.
21:02Was auch immer. Whatever. Was auch immer. Whatever.
21:08So this also depends on the context. You could say that during a fight. If you wanna stop arguing with someone.
21:16You say okay just whatever. Was auch immer. Or you could say it if you are explaining something.

22:37Ich will nicht mit dir reden. Ich will gerade nicht mit dir reden. I just don't wanna talk to you right now.
22:42Ich bin verärgert. I'm upset. Ich bin verärgert. I'm upset.
22:51So I would say you don't say that very often. If there was a situation before that made you angry.
22:59You could just talk to a person and say. I'm so upset. Ich bin so verärgert.
23:05Na und? So what? Na und? So what?
23:12So na und? Is not very. Doesn't sound very angry. It can be used in a very normal context in a natural way.
23:22Maybe a person tells you a story and she's so mad about something and you say na und?
23:29It's not that terrible. What are you? What are you so mad about?
23:33Like yeah so what? So what's the matter? There is no issue like that.
23:39So it's basically like so what? No big deal.
23:42Was glaubst du wer du bist? Who do you think you are?

23:52Who do you think you are?
23:53So this sentence you could use if a person acts very arrogant.
23:57Keeps telling you instructions or wants to make you obey or something.
