Peter Navarro Rages At Journalist After Question About Judges Following Tariff Ruling

Peter Navarro spoke outside of the White House on Thursday, after a court ruling on President Trump's tariffs.

00:02And just given this appeals court temporarily reinstating the tariffs,

00:06what does that mean for you and your position?

00:08And does it buy the administration more time, in your view?

00:11Me and my, you're not talking about me personally.

00:13You're talking about the administration.

00:14Yeah, so, look, the tariffs remain in place.

00:19The court told us, they didn't all but tell us, they told us, go do it another way.

00:25So you can assume that even if we lose, we will do it another way.

00:31And I can assure the American people that the Trump tariff agenda is alive, well, healthy,

00:37and will be implemented to protect you, to save your jobs and your factories,

00:41and to stop shipping foreign wealth, our wealth, into foreign hands.

00:45So you are working on a plan B right now?

00:46Of course.

00:47There's no plan B.

00:48It's plan A, okay?

00:50Plan A encompasses all strategic options.

00:56And when we moved forward, we had a full view of what the battlefield looks like.

01:01We are not naive about rogue justices in the judiciary and Democrats filing lawsuits.

01:08This has got to stop, by the way.

01:09This weaponization of the judiciary to stop President Trump from doing what he promised

01:18the American people, this has got to stop.

01:21The people of America have the lowest level of confidence in the American judiciary they've

01:28had in 100 years.

01:29And it's getting close to what they think about Congress.

01:35And that's a low bar to hit.

01:36How much of that is because every time you get a court decision you don't like,

01:40you and your colleagues come out here and rail against rogue judges.
